After trouble shooting and trying forever to get it to work these would not play sound from the pc.

Didnt work had to return . Got a different pair of headphones which were steelseries .

Never got the item and Bestbuy customer service is absolutely horrendous. Phone service is completely outsourced and they have no idea what your talking about. Repeatedly told the problem was fixed, then to wait, then it wasn't fixed then wait again. I disputed the charge and forced a reversal.

Sound it great, easy installation and it will get the job done

I bought this headset only one month ago and it has already broke. I have never dropped or even screamed in it and for some reason I can only hear from the right side of the headset. This is very disappointing since I spent about $50 on this. Do not buy unless you only want it to work for a month.

Got these for my one of my siblings for Christmas. They only lasted a few months before breaking and Best Buy could not do anything about it. No warranty was offered on the headphones by Best Buy or the brand. These are junk.

Not a fan of the wire but great headset overall!!!

Works well, great noise reduction. Able to hear my games well and movies/music is also great sounding. Love the little adjuster on the headset. Love how the mic can hide inside the headset if not in use. I been using for playstation and it works well.

Yeah this was not user-friendly no noise cancelling or wifi.

The sound quality was not very good; it sounded distant.

Its almost impossible to connect them to my computer. Why cant just plugging them in work. Till this day i still cant figure out how to het them to work

They worked good then they just started being werid so i just return them. They not bad but they are bot good.

They didn't work on my computer. I couldn't get them working, I had to return the item.

Uneven audio on every pair I’ve had just save your money.

I had to get another cable because when I use the original cable there are sharp sounds

Sound and mic quality is good for the price, but my headset started falling apart after just a few months. Buyer beware!

GARBAGE GARBAGE PLEASE I BEG DO NOT BUY!!!!! I have these headphones for less than 2 months the right speaker DETACHED it's UNUSEABLE there are way better headsets for the price THIS IS NOT GOOD QUALITY HEADSETS I would recommend razer kraken for the same price I had those for 2 years before they broke and never had a issue. please save your money. I DIDNT EVEN GET THE WARRENTY SO IM SCREWED.

I probably should have returned this item sooner, but I'm overall pretty unimpressed with this headset. It uses an elastic band in the headset as a cushion, which isn't very stable so it slides around and sits uncomfortably around my ears. The corded side of the headset has some sound distortion as well and to top it off, the slide out mic is very stiff and broke internally conveniently right after the return period ended.

Bad experience mute and unmute was not working. Other than that easy to use

First pair I bought, the right side didn't work no matter what I tried. Best Buy was awesome about the return policy, and let me grab another pair to see if I'd have better luck. Second pair initially worked, but only after about a month, they are already not working overall. Missing sound and the mic doesn't pick up. Replacing them with some other headphones.
