I have gone thru two sets and two cables. The Customer Service from steel series is awful and slow. If your in your 30 day Best Buy period, return them.

Save yourself money and get a senheizer headset

Quality control is non existent , 4 pairs from 4 different retailers same issues . Something is definitely wrong with the last batch made
