Not what I expected
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.As far as in game audio listening to actual gameplay, footsteps, etc. This item is everything that you’re looking for especially if you are solo gamer. However, if you are a gamer who’s always in a party with friends or audio chat while playing. I would not recommend simply because this mic is very sensitive and picks up every little thing even with voice isolation settings enabled. So on the fence with this one. I prefer another product with Astro wireless headset about $20-$40 more but well worth it.

Disappointed

I’m an adult, the headset was well cared for and used sparingly for computer gaming. Took it Bac to Best Buy, they told me I was out of the return window (which I understood, but I’ve spend no less than 15K on a/v gear from them over the past 7-8 years, was hoping for some type of loyal customer exception - told nope!). I’ve started with a RMA online request w the manufacturer, who by the way has no customer support phone number. Disappointed that my headphones took a dump, more disappointed in Best Buy’s hardline lack of loyal customer support. I even called the BB online number, no luck. Come on BB, do better

Garbage headphones

I am no more than 2 feet away from my computer and they always seem to unpair pairing them up is a mission. Do not buy these headphones. Whoever said 90% would recommend to a friend is complete garbage I would never recommend these to a friend do not buy them.

Great gift for my kid. Versatile and Comfortable.

The Bluetooth connectivity means he can use it easily with his phone. The dongle gives an additional quick connection option. Very comfortable and he really likes that the mic input can be heard through the headset.
