    Some audio issues.

It’s a good headset but I have noticed a recurring issue when audio will randomly start sounding “robotic” like and turning the headset off and on doesn’t work. You have to disconnect the usb-c Bluetooth adapter for it to go away or just wait it out. Kind of annoying.

Steel series makes great head sets, this one does catch a lot of back round noise unfortunately. Steel series arctic 9 is hands down one of the best, but that instead of the 7

Didn’t come with a mic. Gives terrible mic quality. You hear everything in the background but they can’t hear you.

I owned the Arctis Nova Pro (wired edition). This version is definitely scaled down. Now the bluetooth feature is nice. However, compared to the 7p+ im not sure if they are equal of if its even better than the 7p+. I would just get the Nova pro or somethibg else

Had these about a month. Supposed to be good, 2 weeks into use, and the bluetooth started to just off. Then, after another week, the phones would not turn on at all. Tried a hard reset under the ear pad, no go, supposed to be a good brand.

Has a dumb feature Sidetone that couldnt be turned off even after installing the download and trying to mess with the setting, it basically just echoes and lets you hear yourself and how loud you are but you hear your echo over and over.

When you plug in the chip to use the headset they give you it blocks the usb port in the front of the ps5. And the beadphones emmited terrible feedback that sounded like a turbine fan going through your mic.

Great Headphones, but Not For Big Ears

    Posted .

Quality and volume are amazing, also it comes with an audio jack too. However, these are rough with big ears! The ear pads are a lil small (it hits a pressure point on my ear & have to remove it FREQUENTLY through my play session). Also, the volume slider MOVES around when removing/putting the headset w/o ever touching it. I'll buy another Astros A40 TR as the ear discomfort is a dealbreaker Pros: Amazing quality, can be loud, soft earpads and great for smaller ear people Cons: SMALL ear pads (bad for big ears, hits a pressure point on mine), volume slider moves when removing/putting headset, mic is a bit smaller than I'm used to

You have to wait until your PC is on before you can plug the dongle in. Otherwise you get zero sound.

    Best affordable gaming headset

One of the most comfortable headsets I’ve ever tried on. Very slick design, all the way to the mic. The sound is comparable to my old $300 headset. For the price you cannot go wrong.

Been using this a few weeks now, lots of customization, comfy, and good quality audio! Replaced it with my PS5 Elite Dualsense headset or whatever it’s called(which was a disaster of a purchase) Would recommend!

It can simultaneously connect to multiple devices

They’re good! I like being able to hear myself when I speak by messing with one of the volume knobs. You’re able to buy different color parts for the head band and for the headphone to customize the look. Plus you have the option to connect to multiple devices at the same time which is AWESOME. I can play HellDivers and answer phone calls when they come in without having to take my headset off. Or I can even scroll on TikTok in between games and still hear everything in game.

    Headset

I purchased this headset for Playstation 5 online gaming. I found it easy to setup and use on discord. It came with a very long cord that I enjoy using for the headset and other hardware. The bluetooth piece makes the headset convenient not being attached to a cord while I am further away from the system. I did use it for music on my phone and it worked well with that too!

Great headphones. Comfortable, don’t get sweaty while wearing and I love that I can connect to my phone and listen to music while still hearing the game sound effects. They just work! No complaints
