If you already are familiar with the top gaming headsets you are familiar with SteelSeries - the brand. But did you know that the parent company is based out of Denmark, the same company owns the Jambra brand as well as many others? That the headphones are manufactured in Vietnam, not in China? The headphones are excellent, and the history of the company is top notch! The SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7X Gen 2 is the Swiss Army knife of gaming headsets (versatile, reliable), and packed with features that actually matter. Whether you're gaming on Xbox, PlayStation, PC, or Switch, this headset delivers premium comfort, killer sound, and unmatched multi-platform support. The moment I put on the Nova 7X Gen 2, I understood why comfort is its superpower. The ComfortMAX system uses a stretchy suspension band that distributes weight evenly across your head—no more pressure points or "headset headache" after hours of gaming. The memory foam earcups wrapped in breathable AirWeave fabric keep your ears cool and comfortable, even during intense gaming sessions. I wear glasses and have a larger head, and I hate that clamping feeling most headsets give you. The Nova 7X Gen 2 feels like it's floating on my head. In a particular demo video from the manufacturer, the headband is hit with an anglegrinder to show its strength and resilience. I don't often have an anglegrinder on my head, and I definitely don't recommend it. But it does go to show its durability, and presumably these will stand the test of time. The only gripe I have about the headband is that the material is a bit slippery. I have to reposition it often to keep it in place. The earpad material feels great, and so comfortable! But I worry about how durable it'll be, and how soon they'll need to be replaced. Really good headset and easy software to navigate from your screen

This is a great headset honestly. I’ve had turtle beach, razer, Logitech, HyperX and for this price range I’d always choose these.

I was a turtle beach guy for some time. Then I gave Steelseries a shot. I have no intention of swiitching brands. The performance/features to value ratio is excellent. Great quality product, and awesome sound quality. Just all around good headset.

So far awesome headset! 4 star because if I’m walking around and put my head down the headset nearly falls off my head.

The app has over 300 custom sounds. Needs to be updated using a laptop or PC. You might be able to update it on a mobile device. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled. Yes you can connect Bluetooth to your phone and game at the same time just need to level the sound.

Excellent headphones. The quality is clear and I can hear the footsteps from other players with pinpoint accuracy.

Works pretty good, but there is an echo where I hear what I say relating sometimes. I think it may be a setting that I need to change or that I have the volume too loud, but overall the headset sounds great. I would reccomend.
