Solid controller that I use to play games on the Apple tv

Works well with Apple TV and pairs well with Apple Arcade.

Most of the “ compatible” games that I found on the internet were not compatible. This product does not seem to have enough of the gaming industry on board.

The Best Buy part was fine. On time delivery and so forth. But I had to download software for the controller that crashed my computer.

Poor battery and connection gets lost easy. Only really works when always plugged in to charging source.

I would not recommend this product to anyone. It worked for maybe 15 minutes. I’ve never purchased a product that requires an update before being able to use it. I tried all of the updates and steps recommended via Apple & Steelseries and still no success. I would’ve returned the controller but I was 2 days beyond my return window.

The joystick not capable to games you have to download specific games for it and there is not that much only few joystick is not good responsive when you play the game touch is better this nothing close to the pc PlayStation or anything like that to buy this waste money and time so this is good idea someone created it but not put good work on so this doesn’t work on any game it work only few i try 100 and more games it did not work

Froze up in less then a month with no reset. Waste of money.

BIG SUCK. This item was awe filled from day one. You can only use on certain games. And now it won’t work or update.

First controller bricked on me after 6 months of use. SteeleSeries told me NOT to charge it while using it. They offered me a refurbished replacement which would take 2-4 weeks to process. So since Apple now supports a variety of controllers, I bought an Xbox controller instead. Terrible customer service from SteeleSeries.

It didn’t charge! I had to return it! Not happy at Ll.

I purchased this item on July 22, 2020. Less than four weeks later, it’s no longer turning on. No way to restart or anything. No lights. Nothing. Dead.

stopped working after 28 days... i was able to exchange for new one and then that one stopped working at 33 days. past the 30 day exchange window. now i have an $80 piece of plastic

This controller was good until it stopped working like I don’t understand how that’s even possible but I ended up returning it so I will say this trash at best

Bought the first one and it wouldn't charge after the first 2 weeks. Got replacement and this one had problems connecting to my nephews iPad. Finally returned for a refund.

Terrible product! Does not work -and needs an update straight out of the box to work with iOS. But only after it freezes up and you can’t do anything with it.

Do not buy. A few days after this item became unreturnable, it bricked. So far have been unable to get it working again. Would not buy again.
