Breaks easily

NOT WORTH IT

Doesn't Work with M3 Mac Running Sonoma
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a really nice controller from a design and weight standpoint and the buttons are nice. However, I specifically purchased this to play games on my nice new M3 iMac and it will not maintain a consistent bluetooth connection; it drops every minute or two and that renders it basically useless for gaming on the Mac. Perhaps they can fix this with a firmware update, but right now it's not recommended for a Mac.

Steelseries terrible customer service.

A simple Google search will show that many people have had problems with this controller. The controller has been know to Brock after charging for no apparent reason. Inputs will drop as well. Not to mention it’s missing basic feature on like rumble. Terrible company. They won’t refund or exchange it.

Don't waste your money

Basically it will not turn on once you plug it to charge and try to turn it on while charging. No matter what you do. Don't waste your money. It is trash.

Neither will turn on without being plugged-in first, no matter how long they’ve been charging. Controllers show as connected via Bluetooth, but often either suddenly stop working, or won’t start working at all.
