Getting tired of what I was being charged for my cable TV. Decided to try streaming instead. I am over joyed with the flexibility and options that are available. Since a low percentage of my time is spent on watching TV, the Roku offers more free media than I could use for a very long time. I know that some of the Roku media will not be free. I have not yet compared what I might lose when I drop my cable; however, that effort will be forthcoming and I can determine what my Roku will cost me. Right now, the Roku seems very promising. I did not get the most basic Roku; however, for the long term, the Streaming Stick+ gives me options for the future. I highly recommend it.

After having three Roku 3 players in the house for the last four years, I upgraded to the streaming stick plus after I bought a new 4k tv. Extremely snappy and easy to use. Would highly recommend over Amazon stick or chromecast.

Great streaming stick and very easy to install. I am very satisfied with this purchase. Streaming is Great and also has voice capability. Absolutely worth the purchase. Enjoying Streaming.

Love Roku after buying a smart TV with it built in. Easy setup and use. My mom liked it so much in my guest room when she was staying here that I purchased this one for her slightly older TV (I think it has the Google TV or Samsung, and awful to use). I bought this for her before she left (early Christmas present) and showed her how to hook it up to the TV and initial setup. She had no issues connecting to TV and getting it on her WiFi without any help from me. Now she can way more easily access all the great streaming apps other free content out there on Roku. This one is 4K, and her TV isn't, but she will be ready for it when she is ready to upgrade her TV.

So far I'm happy with the Roku stick. My Samsung smart TV starting get slow and laggy. So decided to get a Roku. Got roku ultra first, but kept being warm even not in use. Light was off. So got concerned about getting hot and saw people online talk about this. Got the streaming stick plus and it's awesome. My tv can power through USB. When tv and Roku is off, it's really off, and cool. Gets quite warm (not hot) in use which is ok. Nice it's behind the TV and outta sight. So far speed is fast and works great. Keep in mind the remote button doesn't have Disney plus button. Button have Netflix, HBO now, Google play and Roku tv.

Big fan of the Roku Streaming Stick. After endless problems with both Chromecast and Firestick, Roku has been consistently reliable. Easy-to-use interface. Big fan.

If you are looking for a great 4K streamer, the Roku streaming stick plus is for you. The interface is very easy to navigate and set up. Using on an lg oled tv the picture looks great.

Easy to use, especially since we boght a new TV from Best Buy. Now we don't have to manually attach the streaming stick. ROKU is built in and we just use the Roku remote

As always, Roku is easy to setup, fast, multiple channel offerings, and easy to use. Much better than using smart tv option. I have all my tvs set with various Rokus.

I bought my first Roku years ago for one reason: Being hearing-impaired, I needed subtitles to work on Netflix, and the Roku supported them (my Blu-Ray did not). Since then, Blu-Ray players and smart TVs have caught up, so when my Roku was stolen in a move 4 years ago, I didn't replace it. But now, new streaming services are coming out and neither our current Blu-Ray players nor our "smart" TV supports them. Nor do they have any way of downloading new apps. My wife wanted to have a physical remote, and the current Roku devices work with the new services we want, so we bought this one, which is highly-rated. And as they say, it "just works".

I'm a Comcast TV user. I bought the ROKU because I wanted to have extra boxes in my house capable of streaming TV. (As fas I know, the Comcast TV app is only available on ROKU). It does so amazingly. But that's not all. There's content and apps for any and everything you can think of on this thing. So much so, I actually find myself going to those apps for content more than I do to the Comcast TV app. Easy to follow user interface, simple setup, and an awesome remote. Highly recommended.

4K pictures are awesome. Easy to install and setup.

I like the ease for set-up and the size of the device. It will certainly come in handy when we get to travel again! I highly recommend the remote control!

This Roku supports 4k resolution with HDR. The remote control uses bluetooth, so it doesn't need to be aimed at the stick. It also has power and volume controls, so you can use this single remote control for most functions. There's also a microphone, so you can give voice commands. The Roku is fast and easy to use, once you've set it up initially. Compared to other streaming platforms, the Roku supports more viewing options than just about any device. Recommended for those who are cutting the cord and don't want a bundled viewing option from a cable or satellite provider.

This a great cheap 4k streaming stick that’s simple to use. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for an affordable streaming device.

We have one in every TV that doesn’t already have Roku!!!! The stick connects directly into the TV and has no extra wires to connect, which I love!!!!! Super easy to install, program, and use!!!!! And I especially love that it works so well even if it’s far away from the router, unlike the other ones!!!!! So there’s absolutely no lagging!!!! Incredible picture!!!!! And now Roku has HBO Max, too!!!!! Couldn’t recommend it enough!!!!! I haven’t had any problems with any of them!!!!! And I love how convenient they are!!!!! We never travel without them!!!!!

The Roku - Streaming Stick+ 4K is awesome! Prior to the stick we were relying on the poorly designed Samsung Smart TV interface for accessing streaming apps. What a miserable experience. The Roku - Streaming Stick+ 4K on the other hand, is nicely designed and intuitive to use. The picture quality is excellent. The remote is simple and uncluttered. The WiFi connection is 100% reliable. I have only good things to say about this device. If you're suffering with a badly designed smart TV experience, make the switch to Roku. You will thoroughly appreciate the difference.

It’s awesome, I’m able to switch between shows pretty quick! Your phone can be a controller but you can’t control volume. It nice I recommend!

The Roku Streaming Stick is the best value for anyone looking for a streaming device. I own and have used several of the other options (Amazon and Google) but the Roku is easier to use, has a better remote and is the best option if you like to take it with you while traveling to connect to hotel wifi. The AppleTV is a great device and I also own one of those, but it is significantly more expensive than the Roku Streaming Stick. With the higher cost comes better options, but the Roku accomplishes the majority of what the AppleTV does at a fraction of the cost.
