Good part was that the movesets are still about the same for an older player to remember some moves, but I think I've outgrown this series. Felt a little too cartooney and didn't have much weight to the characters. Would have also liked a save feature to use at the harder difficulty levels so I wouldn't be stuck having to play long sessions (which I can't do these days). Not sure if fighting games have ever had this, but I wish there was a way to also see your progress. I think there are about 8-10 levels in an arcade playthrough usually, but it would be nice to have some kind of graphic display to see where you're at or what you need to accomplish to progress or unlock new characters (yes, I know you probably have to beat the game at higher difficulty levels with certain characters but it would be nice to know in-game without reading wikis or strategy guides). I imagine there are fighting games that are much more fun than this for my demographic, but still not a bad game for the price.

I'm a big fan of fighting games. Games like Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, King of Fighters and etc. I bought this game since it dropped to a bargain bin price and decided to check it out. If you played both Teeken and Street Fighter IV then you know what to expect!!

It is an okay game but more like street fighter style including tekken fighters but still good

The combination of the characters from the 2 companies is good. I was hoping for a more in-depth storyline.

This is my first fighting game for my PS3 and it good for money.

I love the Tekken series, been following since the original Playstation series and so I bought this thinking it'd be great but it's not. The graphics are all manga style, game play isn't great, it is definitely arcade style and some of the features are very intrusive. The game sucks unless you just gotta have it. I have been told that another one is coming which is reverse and focused on the Tekken side and not on the SF side which is what this one here is all about. I hated it so much I was going to return it and pay the 15% restocking fee, hate it so much I upsets me when I see the box. Total waste of time and money although it does have a ton of characters. Didn't return it as I didn't have the time to stop by the store and by now it's probably too late. Stay away unless you're a SF fan.

It straight to play if you into any type of these games

If your a street fight and trekken fan this is absolutely the game to purchase. The graphics are amazing.

I love street fighter and this just added to my addiction.

it's an okay game, it gets boring after a while but it is really fun at first.

It's Street Fighter vs. Tekken.... what more can I say? If you like fighting games and you liked those game you will have fun playing this game. Then you can answer your own little questions like who would win in a fight between Ryu and Lee Chaolan.

If you're an extreme fighting game gamer like me then this is the game for you. I bought this with my gamers club discount price and still had money in my pocket. An excellent deal as a gamers club member.

Nothing like Tekken but high-quality fighting nonetheless, if you can brave the complexity.

I was a fan for both games since high school (1995).. Street fighter then Tekken. At that time I dream of one day, Street Fighter will cross world and join Tekken and fight each other (characters)... This is like a dream come true.... but the only thing about this is... the game is hard.. :-) unlike I was a kid any more.. hihihiih I guess things change.. but this game is awesome still... Get it! add it to your collection like I did to mine.
