Replaced old oven w/this Summit,easy to use & cooks well. Installation went pretty smooth; team arrived on time & we're done in about 1.6 -2 hours...very pleased with this purchase & it's performance.

I like it. It is a wonderful work and beautiful look.

The oven works great. Paintwork was damaged on installation when pulling off tapes to secure doors. Also measurements did not include that gas installing is at the bottom of this oven so opening had to be increased. If I had known this , I would have bought a different oven. Installation was slow and 5 weeks later than originally promised.

Heats up fast but does not keep the temperature for long. Mine went down 25 degrees then kicked back on. If you’re looking for fancy this oven is not it. Very basic.

I ordered an oven. It was delivered and installed as scheduled. It was not to my liking so we agreed to replace it. I picked out another oven. It took months and many delivery days that were canceled. Finally it is here and installed. This is just about a piece crap! I had to finish the gas hook up myself and found gas pipe mounting screws loose. The door doesn't close all the way. The temperature control sucks. When you want to use the oven, you have to run the temperature about 45 degrees higher than the control indicates and that is a crap shoot because you have to guess and keep adjusting to get the right temperature.

Great oven with basic function for almost half the price of other equivalent gas ovens

It's a nice upgrade from the original. Quick install by the installers

Our installer was very professional and personable. We had been waiting for our oven for weeks and was eager to finally glad to have it delivered and installed. Thank you so much.

The oven had a defect and the wrong height. The bottom drawer would not close tightly. The installer attempted adjust the drawer with no luck. Sales person at Cedar Hill store couldn’t locate a 24 inch by 38 inch oven. I am searching other stores.

This wall oven felt very cheap. It does work as advertised but the panels are a cheap plastic material. The photos made it look much better

delivery scheduled on January 20. On January 19th I called to confirm installation and was informed new delivery was mid April. No reason given and no communication by Best Buy

Has to replace the original purchase due to a defective unit. This new unit is excellent..door finally closes shut and does not make creaking sound when using

very rare dimensions for particular fit, works well, heats up fast.
