I finally returned it and ordered a new one, thinking maybe I just got a defective one. Well, the 2nd one came in, the box was damaged, the charger was out of the box, and it looked like it had been used already.

So far so good. It may take a little priming to get it going at best level. A well charged battery helps. All in all it does the job well small area.

I bought a 5$ hose adapter and ran it with the water pressure forcing the water thought the system. had run run it for a while for the mist to stay steady. Seems to have worked and has been great for hot soccer games to keep the bench cool.
