My 17 yr old son loves this , he uses it while snorkeling . The light is very bright and videos turn out great

Bright Light Love it but only works on the one side. When i Vlog i want to use mike and the cable on the right of go pro but the light is in the way. wish it could work on both sides. Other than that...very bright and perfect for the gopro

I haven't tested this underwater yet but looking at the specs I'm pretty sure you would have to get up really close to your subject to make this work decently. But for the price it works really well for stop motion animation.

I got this to film myself in front of green screen. It's not perfect and it's hard not to burn my eyes since the light is right on the camera but that is not the cameras fault. It's good for adding lighting to action shots and for slow motion since good slow motion relies on good lighting. It gets 5 stars for seeming like the most convenient solution to needing some more light with out carrying around a light.

The description says it can be used underwater...there's no seal on the battery cover to keep the water out!

This light is bright!! Even on the lower setting it is extremely bright. Not complaining but I wish it had another dimmer setting.

...because I haven't used it yet! I have friends who have this and not only do they swear by it, their underwater videos are amazing. Im taking to Costa Rica next month!

Bought the Sunpak after my dive trip. Usually use my big bulky dive camera, but for this trip decided to just use my GoPro. It worked swimmingly, however without external lighting pictures were dull. Bought the Sunpak but have not used it underwater yet. It is an easy attachment to the camera housing and out of water is great. Very bright and the LEDs diffuse the light perfectly.

Excellent lighting. Fits perfectly on my GoPro Hero 6 Black.

I use this lite when I attach my GoPro to my RC 4x4 truck using WiFi to view under dark areas or crawl spaces that I cannot access physically. Gives me plenty of light to see things I cannot reach. Great for under house and large drain pipe inspections. Just make sure you tie a long string to the car/camera in case it gets stuck.

Easy to adapt to the go pro camera and bright enough to light up the room.

Bought this for my grandson and he loves the light for shooting at night or inside in low light

I wasn't expecting great results from this light however I was totally surprised. The box it comes in is well, meh, so I thought if it doesn't perform I could just bring it back. I wasn't disappointed at all with its performance. I completely annoy my friends with candids in low light situations. You can't have good video, or photos for that matter, without good light!(unless you're willing to wait)

This is a must addition to add to your go pro camera since the camera does not film well at night or dark places. The sunpak allows for several degrees of brightness and also a strobe feature and the battery seems to last a long time fully charged.

The idea is brilliant, but did not fit nicely over the Hero 3+ I have and also sprung a leak on my first dive. Looks like the cover was a little warped for some reason - maybe just a dud, but disappointed. Check it carefully and I hope you have better luck that I did.
