This monopod was half the price of the competition but seems to do the job very well. I was concerned with it's overall height, but I'm 6'-1" and at full extension, the camera is placed well above eye level. Collapses easily for quick use.

I record from wherever I'm sitting, unlike a tripod where I usually have to be up at the top of the bleachers. Extend it shoulder height & it's not obstructing anyone's view; easily pivots to catch back & forth action.

This is a great product. I use it for Home inspections. With my camera mounted I can get some high pictures without using a latter.

After shopping around various sites, this was the best deal out there. Unless you want to spend $50 to a $100 more just because you had nothing else better to do with your money.

Great monopod just be careful if your buying an ball head mount adapter becausr the screw might be too small and u will need to purchase another adaptor for it. But the monopod overall has great quality

Works great. Standing, sitting, or sitting on the floor, quick height adjustment. Really helps balance the camera. I use this with a Nikon DSLR. For the money it is a must have if you do any type of amateur sports photography. Only thing that would make it better is if it had a quick release.

This monopod is great! We photographed a wedding and had a 70-200 lens and it was SO heavy! This was a life saver

The monopod is fairly sturdy for its length and for the price. It does not come with a ball head but it has a 1/4_20 so you can add one. A zippered nylon carry case is included but if you add a ball head it will not fit in the case.
The monopod is aluminum with plastic flip locks and a rubberized foot.

The monopod works really well for what it does, can't really complain about it that much. However, when you extend the monopod to its highest, you can tell that the last two legs aren't as sturdy as the first one, as there is some play/movement involved. Other than that, it's a great starters monopod.

I really enjoy this monopod. The only problem I have is that it can sway a bit when I have to hold it off the ground for additional height. I am trying to figure out how to attach a 1 pound weight to the bottom to counterbalance the weight of my camera. I think that will stop the swaying when elevated.

It is lightweight, inexpensive, and sturdy. A monopod is a good way to squeeze a decent photo from a low light setting and steady a camera with a long lens.
Doubles as a walking stick too.

Love it other than not having a removable base for the camera
