Classic 2.5D Street Fighter game with familiar controls. Anyone that has played street fighter before will easily pick this up. But at the same time there are a few key differences in this as opposed to other SF games, mostly being the focus attacks. Focus attacks can change the tide of battle and be the key difference between a good player and a GREAT player. With a TON of familiar faces and a few new ones, Super SF4 gives you loads of characters to choose from. Downloadable alternate costumes give the game a little added bonus, as like the original SF4. Super Sf4 adds new elements such as the classic car crush bonus stage and the barrel break bonus stage. Each character now has a super and a choice of two different ultra combos, sorta like Street Fighter 3. The online play is the best i've played for a fighting game with no lag or missed moves, unless you have a horrible connection. If you liked SF4 you'll love Super SF4! All the old SF4 options, costumes downloaded for 4 transfer to Super SF4, plus lots of new moves and characters!

If you liked last years game this review probably won't change your mind.Super Street Fighter IV looks and feels just like last years game,but it cost less and has an updated roster of characters.Juri is a tae kwon do master,and Hakan is a big red Turkish wrestler who drowns himslef in oil.The anime arcade story mode is back,but not all that interesting.Online modes have been tweaked,you can join online matches much faster,and the new endless battle mode lets you play winner stays with a full party of players.You can watch the matches til it's your turn,even save replays to help you gain an advantage over your oppenent.Replay theater has a channel select,you can also rename or rerate your files.Trail mode doesn't have a demostration to tell you what combos moves your suppost to do.But with new online modes,new characters,and a $40 price tag,you can't go wrong.

An amazing update to an instant classic! Super Street Fighter IV expands the roster and adds other notable features such as lobbies (Endless Battle Mode) and the replay channel to view online matches from around the globe. The roster from vanilla SFIV has also been rebalanced to make low tier characters more competitive. This is more like a Street Fighter 4.9 which is why Capcom did not do a DLC update. This is by far my favorite next gen fighting game and I have been a hardcore Tekken tournament player for years. Great job Capcom!

This is one awesome game that comes in at a great price. If you are a Street Fighter game fan, then you should definitely add this game to your library. Being able to record your online matches is pure bliss. And the "endless" mode which allows you and a couple of buddies to keep battling it out is one of the things that was missing from the first game and that is a most welcome feature this time around. Better graphics than original SFIV, and more characters to choose from. SF heaven!

Some people might complain about paying for $39.99 for an add on but it's not just DLC. It's got new characters, new stages, and tweaks for the old characters to balance out the game. I highly recommend this game to any fighting game fan out there. It's great for beginners and experts. My only gripe with this game is that Rolento is not in it and the Tournament Mode was not on the disc from the get go. I don't want to have to download more content since the "Super" remake of SF IV was supposed to have everything that plain old SF IV didn't have. But overall, it's a must buy.

Characters have been rebalanced well for the "Super" redo of Street Fighter IV. This has made some that were hopeless in Street Fighter IV actually viable now for online play. Graphically and audibly the game is very impressive. I do wish Capcom was not so greedy with the cost of downloadable content. Having extra costumes for the characters cost almost as much as the game did is pretty bad.

Super Street Fighter IV features the full roster of 25 characters from Street Fighter IV such as Ryu, Ken, Crimson Viper, Abel, El Fuerte, and Rufus, while adding about eight characters new to the world of Street Fighter IV.

Well balanced and very difficult game. Requires patience and a lot of practice( button mashing wont save you anymore).

It's better than SFIV. Nice to see more characters. Wish they had a gallery option like they did in SFIV with each character's prologue/ending. True SF fans, please buy it.

when 1st got look at had give it shoot its very very awful a focus attack it sucks bad couldn't go threw the if I under presser all I do is just try to defeat my opponent seth well I give them credit on final boss online is joke get murder on sometime I run in opponent that just inassualt me after message me saying negative way lucky I go online trueachievements work on gamer score & trophies I don't like this game & will not support Street fighter V or any other SF related only this time they have nerve to just add most character that would have been SFIV so Capcom pulled how do I put it oh yeah a P!(K move only this time there achievement & trophies that requires u to get C or C+ on every one stander fighters before the DLC kicked in
