Installed on an inch pipe 18 feet high and secured with straps to the side of the house. As soon as you make or receive a call, the booster kicks in. Works great with the ATT work phone, not so good with the Verizon smartphone.

The poroduct might work well, but the instructions rgarding how to adjust the settings on the unit are much to vague for anyone other than an eklectrical engineer to understand. On top of that the signal doesn't seem to be any better than before installing the unit. Maybe it would work well if the user could understand how to adjust the sertting dials.
