My first one stopped recording after a month. Good thing I purchased the Geek Squad replacement warranty. Got a new replacement today. Hope it last longer this time. So far poor dvr, but Best Buy service was good. Came in real fast.

I bought this when the sales person at best buy (PAUL) told me it could be put into continuous use and would not have any problems. On Feb 4-2015 the unit quit. Unable to bring pix up properly- mouse would not work, and unit would not load properly. I called swann tech supt. they could not find what is wrong and said to send in with $50.00 for inspection. I would not recommend this unit. JUNK- manufacturer should produce a product that lasts longer than this.

Easy to hook up but wont work. Called Tech support and they replaced it. The second unit worked just over a year then quit. Got a replacement but it doesn't work either

This Swann unit stopped working just as the warranty ran out. I contacted Swann several times but got NO SUPPORT! They do not reply to technical support nor do they reply to e-mails. These units DO NOT LAST!!!
