    Good set up but a bit expensive once assessed. Adding extra cameras is expensive. Also difficult to expand memory. Probably wouldn't have bought had I known the way it operates, before purchase, but its workable. Easy to set up and use.

    Unhappy with purchasing the system not being able to redeem my points (15.) they explained the points expired. So much for savings. I would recommend Swann..just purchase elsewhere

    I use these cameras in all my kiosks in malls. There are very easy to set up and extremely easy to view through an app for my phone.

    Product is basic camera and recorder with adequate video quality. App and tech support is poor, four hours on the phone with tech support that was outsourced to India left me frustrated and finally gave up. This product lacks much of the bells and whistles other similar products have. Given the choice I would try another brand.

    Got this just to keep an eye on the garage door and the entry door. The image is good. Best to record in continuous and not time lapse.

    Once we researched documentation (mostly on line) we got it running and are able to view on phones, pads and computers. The biggest disappointment was the wire provided. Our application was for outdoor. We definitely did not get outdoor wire and had to use 3/4 in conduit and then reduce the length. Splicing is not recommended by Swann. I did it anyway. What a pain because of the light duty wire. I eventually bought RG 59 cable with power to solve the problem. I repeat--the system and equipment work fine.
