I'm very happy with the cameras they have helped me feel safer

Bought it then got it home and there were too many plug ins so we returned for wireless

The system is basic, but it has clear cameras. Use a hd monitor to view clearly all.

The product is great, but they never put a splitter

I mounted my cameras outdoors to observe wildlife. It works fine. I did have to spend some significant bucks to get outdoor wiring for my application. If you are using it indoors, no problem.

Bought this camera surveillance system and it is having lots of issues...supposed to be color cameras but they switch back and forth the color and black and white and cannot fix it. Also 2 cameras have a shutter that stick alot so I have to climb up and hit them to knock them back open....not good!

We feel more secure. We have cameras covering any possible entrance into our home. No more peeking through the window wondering who it is! Thank you.

Great product would absolutly rcomened to a driend

Not hard to install, though no document help if something doesn't work as planned; and not the fastest response from cs. Super easy to hook up via HDMI and VGA, but I still don't know how to wi-fi computer, which has neither of those connections. Works great on the tablet, though it took two other people to figure out how to do it. Good night vision and good day color. Was hoping for a little more distance in face recognition. Love that can choose 24/7 or motion sensing. Study the install diagram very carefully as the wires have different ends. Long wires allow lots of flexibility in locating cameras/dvr. Got it for significant other who wasn't so pleased until hooked up, and now she loves it.

This is my first camera system, set up is easy, I ran conduit outside since the attic isn't conducive to working in. Picture quality is excellent except when you zoom in it washes out. I can't make out a face from 25' -30' when I zoom in, license plates look black. I read the zoom was very clear, not sure if I set it up wrong?

I purchased these cameras and DVR last October 30th. Since that time in about one months time, one of the cameras stopped working. It is a real pain to take them down and mail them back once you get one in the mail. Then a few months later, in January, the DVR quit recording. At the time, I was confined to a wheelchair and had a woman on the phone having me to take the cover off and disconnecting the mother board and reconnecting it and it still didn't work so THEN she decided to send a new one and I would have to send that one back first. So, we did that and now it is May and another of the cameras has quit working. In fact, it is the same one that was replaced the first time. Now I am trying to reach someone to get that replaced. It does no good to call on the phone because there is no one home! You listen to the automated messages and then when you choose one it gives you a message ending what you wanted in the first place and hangs up the call! To make a long story short these cameras and DVR is junk. Good heavens can't you at least expect they would work until the warranty goes out????
