The Tamron 15-30mm 2.8 zoom lens for Nikon is fantastic! I sold my old Rokinon 14mm and Nikon 28mm 1.8g and replaced them with this. While it isn't a 1.8 like the 28mm prime was, I find that it is bright enough with my Nikon D750's low light capabilities. The 15-30mm is great for photographing Real Estate interiors and has minimal distortion, especially compared to the Rokinon. It is also very sharp all over and I have had no issues with it focusing quickly and accurately.

This lens is a true value, matching the performance of the Nikon 14-24 for a lot less money. Highly recommended

Has very sharp photos even to edges. I had bought a Nikon wide angle mid model but at 15 mm there was a bluish cast on theb4!corners of pictures which meant you had to crop. This lens does not have those issues. Filters are also now available for this lens. It is also a heavy lens but feels good in the had with my Nikon D 750

This lens is sharper then Nikon 14-24, VR (they call it VC) is good and very handy and $700 cheaper, but all this counts when lens works. I checked 4 copies of this lens, each of them was not centered. Unbelievable sharp in the center, but the sharpness gone when you start to play with focus points. Different copy - different focus point problems. Checked it on Nikon D850 and Nikon D5. Ended up with 14-24 again. Zero problems.

Solid lens. I've been looking at Tamron lenses for some time. I typically use Nikkor lenses but wanted to save a few bucks and went with the Tamron. It is a solid lens and offers clear pictures AFTER I calibrated by camera body. The lens I received has a front focus issue and was not clear straight out of the box. It only took a few minutes to calibrate but I've never calibrated any of the 8 or so Nikkor lenses I have.
