Researched on the web before buying the lens. Most reviews were favorable. I've used the lens on my Canon 70-D and 5-D mIII; it's worked quite well. A few times it didn't focus as sharply as I thought it should, but this didn't happen often and the possibility of this was noted in reviews. Overall, I'd buy the lens again. For the money, I feel it beats comparable Sigma and Canon lenses (which are quite a bit more expensive).
