When you first start it up, if it's cold it makes a lot of racket til it warms up and then it's all fans and purring.

The only issue is the fans are a little noisy. Most of the time I leave them turned off and only have them plugged in when I need the additional USB ports. In my case just raising the laptop with the pad helps keep it cool.

Definitely does what it is supposed too. Lately I've been using it more and noticed my laptop doesn't get as hot. Having the additional usb ports is nice. Allows for the use of multiple things. I would definitely recommend​ this product.

I love my chill matt, I'm able to adjust the height of my laptop and it also serves as a docking station with 4-Port USB. The fan is noisy, but not obnoxiously so. Have been using since Christmas with no problems.

All laptops need this device! Especially if you’re gaming this will improve overall life of laptop 10 fold

my laptop was always running warm when it was placed on the desk. The cooling mat keeps the laptop from overheating.

So far the unit seems to work good and work as it should. I like the USB ports that it comes with for external drives and accessories. It’s a little fragile and could be a little more heavy duty for bigger laptops but works as it should.

Great for Dj'ing. My laptop never over heats now. And i can use it anywhere.

My laptop was getting very hot so I thought I would give it a try. It words. I have a 17.3” Alienware so it’s a little smaller then the laptop but does a great job. It also gives me extra USB ports. That’s a big help. Would recommend for smaller laptops.

This product has some good attributes in terms of adjustment for angle compared to other products I have had over the years. It is quiet and sturdy. The problem is that there is no switch to turn the device off when not in use. The device plugs directly into the electric source and runs as long as it is plugged in. The only way to turn it off is to unplug it. I am fortunate to have electrical on top of my desk. If you don't it could be tedious.

My wife likes the tilt of the pad but I have trouble with the noise of the fan and the movement of the computer when typing. The extra USB ports are very nice to have and are located in a good spot.

This product is very easy to use and convenient. I like the style and the comfort it brings if you have to be on your computer for a while. The extra ports let you do so mich more.

We got this because my husband is a gamer and his laptop gets hot. This product is really great it keeps his laptop cool plus easy to put down for easy transport. When I get my computer desk in I'll be getting another for my computer.

I bought this unit because it was easy to operate, adjust the pitch level each time I used my keyboard, graphic tablet or lap top. It folds very flat, and makes it very portable and light. You will have to be careful with it because of the all plastic material.

This works really well. I'd get this for any person who is a laptop user.

good to tilt laptop at an angle for viewing. does not take up alot of space. I wish fan was stronger. Plastic seems cheap but no problems yet.

Works great and the 4 usbs in the back is great. Only issue I have is that the fans continue to run when laptop is in sleep mode. So you have to unplug the usb or shutdown the computer. Be nice if it had an on off switch.
