It is a nice protective case for the surface - fits really well and it is easy to use. I have not dropped the surface yet to find out if it works - we will leave that for later - if it happens we will find out! A couple of things I do not like that could be improved: 1) The power connector can be connected only in one direction, cable facing downwards - do not know how this will affect connecting the microsoft hub 2) the back of the case seals the heat in - should have some holes to allow heat to escape for cooling purposes. Just over a year ago I purchased a Surface Pro 3 that I use for work. One day it slipped out my van passenger door and cracked the screen, thereby ruining my day by a very costly mistake. I went to Best Buy and purchased a Surface Pro 4 as a replacement while the Surface Pro 3 was being repaired. I didn't want the same thing to happen to the Surface Pro 4 that had happened to the Pro 3 so I looked around for a means of protection. The device that I'm reviewing right now is the protection that I found. It seems to offer the best all around protection. It adds some bulk to the Surface Pro 4 but it is a lot more secure and I have peace of mind. I have recently ordered one for my repaired Surface Pro 3. Very secure, very very secure. This meets military standards for drops of about 5 feet. That's about the distance that my Surface Pro 3 fell.

Wasn't sure about this case when I first saw it but after watching a few videos on the case I bought it. The case was on sale which is what caught my interest in the first place. After trying the case out for a few days I came to the conclusion that it was definitely worth buying even if it wasn't on sale. I have a feeling that most people either loved the case or hated it. I was skeptical about the separate cover and how it would work as a stand. Prior to buying this case I used a UAG case and the Defender case. I liked the UAG case but it seemed to chunky for everyday use. The Defender case was also a good case and protects the Surface and the keyboard. I think the folio is the best option and gives the appearance of an expensive premium case.

For the money I spent on this, it should have a place to store the Surface Pen. It does a good job as a protector and a stand. But that is about it. If it had a place to store the Pen and maybe a mouse, it would be a 5 star product.

I dropped my last surface and found out the repair was as much as I paid new. My new Surface got this case right away. It's sold and protects well. The outside cover is removable and can be used as a stand. It takes a little getting used to as the kickstand is covered and well protected. Overall a good case.

Really wanted to give this a 4.5/5 but that wasn't an option. I purchased my case open box and I really like Targus products overall. This review would be a 5 star if not for the difficulty I have accessing the microSD slot under the back of the Surface. Many people might not use that port any way. What I do like is that you can easily put your Surface pen in the holder in the side of the case. Just be mindful that it can still slide out when you're carrying it or in a bag. Overall this case is great. One day I accidentally knocked it off the lab table (3 feet high) before I started classes and I had no problem. I don't recommend that obviously- but the case did exactly what it should do.

Great protective cover with a stand for easier viewing, easy to use, light weight.

This is perfect for me at work. I carry my surface around a lot so the protection is great and it is not too bulky

this is a perfect fit cover but it is a little bulky for me personally so i gave to my husband, it fits with the keyboard and cover all at one time.

The Targus Folio Wrap has been very handy in keeping my Surface Pro 4 safe. The stand works well in every setting, and is also very easily taken down for when you need to switch it back to a tablet. This product is worth the money for convenience and protection.

Great case! Wanted something to protect the tablet, but not be too bulky or get in the way. This is a case that offers great protection and yet the cover is removable to not add bulk when using the tablet. Awesome!

I wanted to protect this surface pro 4 and this was the only option available at my local store.

This case is great. It protects my Surface Pro 4 and has a removable section to use the Surface Pro 4 stand. Much more flexible than the UAG case.

Doubles the weight of the Surface. Side buttons are hard to push once inside case. Do not use the outer sleeve. I'd find a less expensive case. Not worth the $50-$60 in my opinion.

I like how this case goes all the way around my tablet and how I can use it to help make the tablet stand with a keyboard
