I did not realize the 4 port hub that I bought was different than the one shown until I opened the package. I have one just like the one pictured and liked it. The second one I bought had the cable turned a quarter turn and it does not lay on the laptop correctly. I plan to take it back Monday.

I wish I didn't have to use another port to do what I need to do . To many cords.

Using it atm, but some usb wasnt working, so had to switch connection around

Great for what I needed, just happened to not fit.

Bought this product before a road trip with my family to simultaneously charge multiple devices on a 12hr drive. On the way to our destination we noticed one of the ports stopped charging, switched chargers and everything but no go. On the way back a second port stopped working.

This is USB 2.0. I disappointed that speed isn't safisfied for me.

a little bulky and catches on things when you move laptop

Good for tranferring files but haven't tried to power up gear yet

serves purpose. nothing too special. gets job done.

I wish the cord was a little longer that attaches to the computer.

I bought to add the ability to download off my hard drive to a USB while using the USB for my keyboard at the same time. It works some of the time i.e. It is not a reliable tool for the purposes needed.

This product did not meet my needs. It would not work the way it was described. Had issues with it showing different ports. Some times it would just not pick up some ports.

It works- but decides to take breaks a bit too often making using this for a wireless keyboard quite hard. Going to exchange and see if perhaps just this exact unit is having trouble.

Was surprised by the lack of durability of this product. After two days of operation it stopped working--first one, then two, then all ports. Returned it.
