This is my second Targus Cover. Originally purchased for my first iPad and used it for three years. Searched out this brand for my new iPad! It is a hard cover that goes around the corners of the iPad. The base can swivel so depending on your reading style you just turn accordingly. It can sit on your lap in bed, or on the table top in the kitchen reading a recipe! The elastic bands can secure closure and hold a stylus pen! Great for protecting while traveling!

I thoroughly enjoy my Targus case for my iPad. You can rotate the screen to view everything in a horizontal or vertical position. There are three grooves to position the screen to the height best for viewing. My iPad is very secure in the case and has a thick elastic lid holder. There is a pen holder and a place for your ID card. The case is very sturdy and attractive.....I love my red one. I highly recommend the Targus.

At the time of our original Air 2 purchase, we bought a RooCase Orb 360 as an upgrade to the rotating case we had on our Mini. With the Targus, the Ipad stays firmly in place, unlike the RooCase, that was constantly slipping and would collapse if she walked away from it. Fit/finish is great and the Ipad is very well protected - unlike some of the cheaper cases on Amazon or Ebay. She is very happy.

Bought this as a gift for my wife who was not happy with the case she got with her new iPad. Our daughter has had one like this for a couple years and it has withstood constant use and occasional abuse while being used in the office and out in the field. My wife likes the fact that this offers ample protection without being as bulky and stiff as the Otter Box on my iPad and is more stylish.

We bought this cover at the same time we bought our IPad. It works well. Nice snug fit. Our son dropped it on the carpet and the IPad didn't break or come out. It spins around so I like the adjustability of it. It has an elastic band that keeps the lid closed. The reason for only 4 stars. First it does not turn off your IPad when you close it. Second it isn't completely stable in all of the notches when you turn it sideways.

I'm enjoying my case for my Ipad Air 2. I love that it rotates to allow for both landscape and portfolio views. I use both frequently. The only thing that would make this case better is more color options. I would definitely recommend it - protects your Ipad, allows 2 views, has a band for closure (in case you drop it), auto on and off when open and close.

The full rotation is a great feature. The sides of the case around the edges of the iPad are wearing, slightly, and the grooves that hold the iPad in the upright position need to be a bit deeper to keep the iPad from slipping out. Other than that, this has been a good purchase. MUCH better than the cover made by Apple.

I bought this for my wife, mainly because her iPad needed a cover and she likes the color red. It's actually pretty awesome. The holder itself rotates so you can go from portrait to landscape without having to remove the iPad from the enclosure. It also has different options when you use it as a stand so that you can adjust the viewing angle.

Protects my Ipad, allows me to use it everywhere and any position I take. Very comfortable and affordable. I did check other brands and this gives me the same for too much very price with the same futures. The strap keeps my Ipad secure while I transport it. The inside is enough soft too. I can use it in 3 different level positions. I love it.

I wasn't sure of this case at first as it was different from my old one but I soon fell in love with the features it offers. The swivel it offers is really great to use when changing fro portrait to landscape. It supports and protects my new iPad and allows me to prop it at just the right angle for reading text or playing a game.

This is a very versatile case for an iPad. I was looking for a case that would support the iPad in several positions, and this case does just that. The only downside to the case is its relative bulk compared to some of the sleeker cases. But those sleeker cases do not necessarily allow iPad viewing in as many positions as this case.

I have had this case for my iPad for a couple years now, so I can speak from a longevity perspective. First, let me state some of the pros...the case is slim. Your iPad won't feel bulky. It looks pretty sleek. It has a smooth feel. It was a decent price. I would buy this case for an older teen NOT for a younger child. I say that (and here is where I get into the CONS) because this case won't offer much protection it you drop your iPad. If you tend to be on the clumsy side, I would buy another case. Also, this case does NOT provide screen protection. So again, if you're looking for a case that's stylish, sleek, and for someone that's a bit older and won't drop their iPad on a regular basis, this would be a decent contender. I say decent because I had a piece break off. It didn't affect the case closing or anything like that. However, it is something I noticed. I guess that's normal wear and tear...I'm not sure. I would take my iPAD to school on a regular basis, but I'm not rough and tumble with my electronics. So, I think I feel some kind of way about a piece breaking off. At the same time, I have had it a couple years, so I suppose that's to be expected.

I have tried numerous iPad covers over the past couple years. This one is the absolute best because it's easy to convert from portrait to landscape and have a stand for each. It's also protection from drops and has a non-slip surface feel for carrying.

I have an iPad Air 2 and knew that as soon as I purchased it what case it was going to go be put in. I had an iPad 2 and also used the Targus model for that one. I loved it then and I love it now. The only gripe that I have is a small one. The swivel hinge is very loose in that it rotates TOO easily. The version I had for my iPad 2 had a decent amount of resistance to it and it felt solid. These newer models for the iPad Airs are really loose, move too easily and feel 'cheaper.' This may or may not be due to the fact that the iPads themselves are now half the size. However, I am not disappointed with nor regret my purchase. Other than the too-easy-swivel, The case does feel solid, the iPad snaps in securely, and when the cover is closed I feel confident that my screen is protected. Most of the other manufactures that come out with Folio Cases that are similar in appearance to this product have very flimsy front covers. I would buy this folio for every iPad I ever own.

Had one of the previous Targus VersaVu cases for my old iPad 2 that lasted 4 years. So when I purchased an iPad Air2 I decided to purchase another VersaVu case. This one has a magnet on the closure flap to put the iPad into sleep mode. Stand feature is usable in portrait or landscape since it rotates.

This case has been awesome so far! I really like the red color and the case is easy to grip when carrying it. The 360 rotating feature for portrait or landscape works well. The grooves are big enough for me to position my iPad for any of the viewing levels as well. Very happy with this case.

I had the earlier version of this item for my iPad 2 and it provided great protection from accidental drops. When I finally upgraded to the iPad Air 2, I was happy to find this same style of case. The pivot feature is very useful when writing or taking notes with a Bluetooth keyboard.

Love the color, the red is such a deep red color wonderful! I love that you can do portrait or landscape standing. I read alot of manga it gets tiring to constantly have to hold on to my device but with this case i dont have that problem any more. Its high quality case worth the $$
