I initially was on the lookout for a rugged case but the price was more than I had immediately available to me. The iPad Air2 fits in a plastic case with a sturdy cover wrapping around. I use the iPad for network troubleshooting and the tilt options to hold the iPad up are perfect. I use various connections to the lightning port and some are not as slender as the original power plug that comes with the iPad. This case does not interfere with any of them. The most I've dropped it is from the passenger seat to the floor when I had to stop short but it survived just fine. Only downside I could see is someone getting use to the swivel point but it's only a minor learning curve to be comfortable with it. If you're looking for something versatile, sturdy, and looks good for a reasonable price, this is it.

I had a previous version of this case on my iPad 2. When I upgarded the iPad I went for another. I like the landscape and portrait mode. It also has multiple angles to adjust. This new version has magnets and more angles. Also a holder for a stilus. I only wished it was a bit thinner. That's why I did not give it 5 stars. It is not incredibly thick but it adds a lot to a very thin iPad Air 2.

I was looking for a case for a new iPad, as my previous one died upon dropping it while inside the case. This one is much sturdier. It also looks nice. It also has a couple built-in ledges to prop the iPad up in both portrait and landscape form. The 360 degree rotation is nice as well. My only complaint is the price, as it is a bit high, but I am willing to pay to make sure this iPad lasts.
