this is my first tablet and i must say that i was very gentle with it in the beginning. this cover is great to protect the pad. the best feature is the corner protection. if you are applying a screen protector you my want to give it a few days to "cure" before applying the cover. I put mine on right away and now i have a little bubble in my screen protector from the prong of the hard/padded shell. On the otherhand, I feel it is overpriced.

Overall very happy with it. It is very slim and sleek. Good leather. Closes and opens very easily and after 2 months of constant open and close still latches on with no problem. My only complaint is that there needs to be one additional viewing angle before the steepest one. I find myself having to hold up the entire tablet , especially when laying down.

I purchased this for my IPad 2 it's well constructed and very useful when traveling however it did not put the iPad to sleep when you closed the cover so I returned it and purchased the Apple magnetic cover and snap on protective case for the back. The only advantage that I miss from this cover was the ability to sit the iPad at different angles.

This is a great, versatile case for the iPad. It won't provide much drop protection, but it is great for casual use. You can place it on the table and use it as a stand of sorts. The leather is good quality, too.

great protector for my ipad2. keeps my ipad save and when accidentally dropped.

Works pretty well, but the corners on the folding side do not stay in place completely. That does not mean that it's falling out of the cover, but just not tidy. Good that you can plug it in and operate the camera, and use all features while in the case.

Makes it look like I'm carrying a small folio. Does not scream "I'm carrying an iPad." Attaches snugly.

I originally went into the store to buy a different, more expensive case but this one caught my eye. It is simple, not bulky, and nice looking. I really like the 2 positions it can stand in and the grooves are deep enough to stand securely. I also think it protects my iPad well. There is a lip on the side of the cover that kind of snaps over the back to securely keep the cover shut. I would definitely recommend this to everyone

Great product for the price. Needed a new cover and saw this one and the ability to set the ipad at several positions was the key for me purchasing this. There were several more like this that was quite a bit more expensive, but the quality and look was the same. Saved a few bucks and now I have a decent Ipad cover

does the job of protecting my ipad. The choices of covers could be more colorful.

At first I was worried about wearing out the corners of the case or IPAD, but I haven't had any issues what so ever. Works well as a stand and case.

This cover is made well and looks good and works very well with my iPAD with the exception of the camera lens opening. In order to line up the opening and my iPAD lens the iPAD must be turned so that the power button is on the right and that is awkward for me. Otherwise a great product and very pretty.

Salesperson recommended this when I picked up my Ipad 3rd gen on release day. It was a tight fit and I feared that my Ipad would crack. I generally liked the case because it was so slim and light. Once I found the same case for the Ipad 3, I returned this one and bought the new one. The new case turns the Ipad on and off when you open the cover which this case did not do. Unfortunately, the new case comes with a big hole so that you can see the Apple logo on the back of the Ipad. I much prefer this case that does not have this hole.

Case has nice portfolio look. Makes carrying iPad easier with access to all buttons and connections. Not as expensive as the hard plastic ones, but has a more professional look.
