Sleek appearance and easy controls. Best kept on one level of the home as the wheels will negate needing to lift it. A little too heavy for me to easily move to another level of the home.

Cools great but pauses cooling every so often, probably an energy saving feature, but it annoys me and I wish i could turn that off so it runs continuously/nonstop when on.

This is the fourth AC I use in my residence, so I have a good idea about constitutes adequate to good performance. I purchased this unit so I could potentially use it in two different rooms. The unit cools air adequately, but it doesn't seem to match the performance of other 5000 BTU units I have. Worse, the stretchy tube duct the unit employs to exhaust the waste heat out a window is not up to the job. The tube is supposed to "screw" into a bracket in the back of the AC and into a bracket panel captured in the window frame. But the tube-to-end bracket design is too weak. Any movement of the tube itself eventually disconnects it from the window bracket. And just running the unit is enough movement to disconnect it as designed. I ended up "duct taping" the tube to the brackets at each end. I'm keeping it because I don't have to move it between rooms. But I don't think anyone that needs the unit move back and forth between two rooms would tolerate the inadequate "tube to window" exhaust design. Also, the tube can stretch as far as about 30 inches from a window. But that kind of use is inefficient. The tube gets pretty hot from the exhausted heat. The shorter the tube length to the window, the less work the AC has to perform overcoming its own exhaust heat.

Overall great but I have noticed my electric bill has went up tremendously. Besides that this AC is phenomenal and will keep your room cool at whatever temperature you set it at.

Runs great keeps my room Ice cold. I love in Hawaii and need this year round. I'll probably get another one for the other room.

This air conditioner is good to keep your room cool but as far as spreading cool air throughout the house your better off getting a big swamp cooler!

It fits perfect in my small room and is not noisy at all

The ac works great! I bought it because my HVAC unit went out during the hottest heat wave last month. I have 1,100 sq ft condo with high ceilings and it cools it off perfectly! It was fairly easy to assemble, and I love that it comes with a remote. I would absolutely recommend to any friends or family!

The unit works well in my garage, keeping the inside cool with outdoor temps in high 90s. The unit works well with wifi, timer, and mode changing. No problems with unit, was wasy to set up with wifi and also easy to install. Took less than 15 minutes to set up everything.
