Decent for price but not very "smart"

I would recommend using a firestick or streaming device instead of the built in apps. Other than the slow response time, its an ok monitor for the price. So not get if you need a "smart" tv.

Don’t buy

But this tv was so frustrating. It runs so slow. Like even hitting the volume button took forever for the tv to register it. The very first app I downloaded was Netflix which all went smooth. However when I went to download the next app, Hulu, the tv said the storage was full. It made me clear Netflix cache. If I switched between apps it’d make me clear the other apps and when I’d return to the app I’d have to log in again. I tried to uninstall any app that came on the tv that I would use and it never helped the memory problem. The tv also randomly decided to not allow HBO to work. I deleted and redownloaded the app multiple times and it still wouldn’t play anything on HBO max. If you don’t mind it being slow and having to log in to an app any time you switch between them or have no issues with getting an external drive for the memory then this tv might be a good choice. It has a good picture.

43" was the perfect size for my application.

I prefer larger screens, but this tv fits the available space perfectly.

I was going to purchase a Nvidia Sheild so I can stream TV on, but this TCL Came with Android TV !!It was so easy to set up, the TV has an Amazing Screen and picture quality is GREAT!!

Bought this TV for our exercise room so wanted something inexpensive but still has a great picture. It checked all of the boxes. The picture is clear and it has great color accuracy. Like the Android system over Roku and Fire TV ones. Allows you to use apps from the Google play store, which provides more options than the others. Love it, great price, great value.
