Very Disappointed! TCL use to be the best ☹️☹️

Bought it specifically for my wife's office, and after a month is when the problems started. Very slow and laggy response to the remote, especially when either switching between streaming apps or raising/lowering the volume. Of course, I cant return it bcause of the BB Return Policy. Piece of Crap!

Bad TCL updating

I am unable to access some programming and at times, the unit does not turn on at all. This must be corrected by disconnecting my television. Another problem is that my passwords are eliminated and I must sign into each of my accounts.

It has 2 HDMI ports, 1 USB port, 1 Internet Cable port, 1 Cable In port, 1 Sound Bar port and a Headphone Jack. It is also good for my gaming experience as well.

Not the best but not the worst

In the past I have gotten the Roku models but this time tried the Android one. It is not even remotely user friendly as far as the “app” store goes and the way it functions through the apps and changing from one input to another are just mindlessly unnecessary. It takes 15 steps to do my roku ones do in 2. The color quality is great and the volume is decent however it jumps up and down in volume when you press the buttons. I would say if you get this TV make sure to attach an external streaming device like Roku, Fire, or the like and get a sound bar. For the price it’s an okay television but be prepared to take time to get used to the settings.
