    Gah! Our experience with this TV is a bummer. The picture quality is great, but the software is constantly throwing issues. The screen flashes brightly at random times when selecting a title. I think the one of the HDR, contrast, or dynamic brightness settings must be glitching. And just about daily it will have connection issues to the router merely 20ft away, completely dropping connection upon startup and won't connect until I pull the power plug and force a restart.

    Not very happy. Still need two remotes one for the Roku feature and the other for the Comcast channel changing. the whole point of buying an integrated system was to avoid two remotes. AND it does not connect to my ZVOX sound bar so now I have a third remote for volume. I am extremely disappointed in this set up.

    Service was great, however TV didn’t work past 3weeks. I was unable to turn the TV on and so i returned it!

    Tv worked well until it broke after less than a week of usage. Very Disappointing.

    What a dud!

    Tried multiple times and ways over several days to get this TV to connect to my wi-fi. Checked the modem, router, re-set thoses, re-set passwords, and I determined this TV has a big problem and it's going to be returned. The picture is great, but couldn't get to any of the smart tv functions.

    This tv cool but i turn it on and its stays black

    I have a freh tv that turns on but i cant see nothing i can hear it when i press buttons but it’s completely black after it turns on and loads
