Dead Pixels on the TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Upon turning on the TV for the first time, I noticed a large patch of dead pixels in addition to the horizontal line at the top of the screen displaying constant red, yellow blue colors. The line appears to be made up of stuck or dead pixels, forming a streak that runs across part of the top edge. This defect is present across all inputs and menus, indicating a possible panel issue or manufacturing defect.

Picture quality not what I expected.

Everything else is perfect. It does the trick but I think I should have waited until Black Friday or something.

slow response and sound stops working

Horrible! Tried reaching out to TCL, no response.

Everything you watch that has any bit of movement, makes you feel like you’re on the movie set watching it and I don’t mean that in a good way. Anything with action, and it’s like the cameraman is having a seizure. It just shakes uncontrollably. I’ve tried going into the settings to change anything that looks like it would fix it, nothing works. I emailed TCL almost 3 weeks ago, no response other than “give us 24 hours”. They’ve had over 400 hours to get back to me. Also, the internal speakers this thing has, atrocious. I bought a sound bar and the audio is off by like half a second. There’s an audio delay setting in the tv, useless like the other settings. I had a TCL before and had no issue. Went with their “higher end” and it was a waste of money.
