Excellent picture quality: it works great for gaming. I exchanged a smaller-screen TCL for the same model, just larger, because I discovered the room I was moving into could handle a larger screen. Never purchased a TCL before, always was a Sony or LG person, but I'm so happy with this purchase and the quality and value. This brand offers a lot more than its price tag might suggest. SOLID.

I bought this best buy TV online, described as an 'open box, excellent', Well waited 5 days to get it. when it arrived it did not have a remote or a power cord. I had little satisfaction with the online service. BUT, I went to my local store, they made everything right! I give my local store in Wausau, WI, 5 stars. They even gave me a $30 gift card for all my troubles, It did take me 3 trips to the store to get everything put into order. But overall very happy with my local store! John M

Easy to follow instructions to set up. Excellent quality

I’m amazed how good this tv is. I haven’t got into using google home yet as I’m not a tech type person. There’s no blooming around the edges of a dark scene like somebstated. Was pretty easy to set up.

This is by far the best tv I’ve ever owned in picture quality and clarity. The sharpness and vivid detail in watching older movies from the 1970’s look like they were filmed recently. I’m going to buy a bigger one to replace a old Vizio that just doesn’t seem to keep the picture settings the way I set them.

Great picture. Nice and bright. Easy to use remote. Set up was a breeze.

Overall, it seems fine, plenty of ins & outs available, very good picture quality... but no start-up splash screen, and no shut-down splash screen either... very abrupt ON and OFF. Controls for video quality seem limited compared to my LG that this replaced. 3 Samsung, and 1 LG all died the same way - picture went black with all the video crammed up to 1/2 inch of top, or major streaking/stripping of all video left to right... not one of the previous units lasted 3 years, and the LG only lasted 22 months. Really hope this TCL can do better.

Amazing product for the price point and honestly comes with everything you would want in a tv. I have this setup in my bedroom bc it’s the perfect size for it. I would say the hdr does have its issues when you watch in a dark room with the flicker on the the shaded areas but it’s not that big a deal I’m just someone that pays attention to the little things. Besides that it’s a great tv for the price point

The TV has a great picture and is relatively easy to set up and use. My only complaint is that the sleep timer is hidden in the settings menu and it doesn’t play the TV you are watching while setting the timer.

This is the second TCL TV I have purchased. I took a chance the first time about 8 months ago on a 65” QLED. I was unsure how the quality would be since the price was such a great deal. The employee assured me it was a good TV. He was right. The remote is easy to navigate. The smart features are simple to use. The sound and picture quality are awesome. No sound bar needed!

Lately I’ve been doing review on affordable TVs that output amazing quality as far as image goes. And this one does that it does not hurt your wallet and you’re gonna be amazed on how beautiful and crisp the image looks. Sound quality as great as well. You can’t go wrong with this TV. The user interface is easy and smooth so that’s always a plus as well. I highly recommend this television.

Upscaling from HD over the air broadcast has visble artifacts in areas of motion. Other excellent. Brighness is great.

Great TV, excellent price! We were looking for a 60”+ TV for our home gym with split screen capabilities for 2 different inputs. Turn out that buying 2 of these 50”TV’s gives you 2 displays MUCH larger than on the bigger tv w split screen. The price for 2 is also about the same (maybe less) than one of the bigger TV’s. Very happy with the picture quality, colors, built in features and ease of setup.

I'm super excited about the value of this TV - was just that we were looking for! Google TV interface works well and is familiar - much preferred over FireTV and Roku. There are some TCL apps I couldn't figure out how to hide/disable which is r the end of the world. I was also surprised how decent the sound from the TV was after it was in the living room. The combination of relative picture quality, panel size, specs, and price were a definite win! Id easily buy another TCL product again in the future!

Great picture. Was easy to set up with my Google account, and set up family profiles. Sound from TV speakers is pretty good, although I am using surround sound speakers plugged into the headphone jack. One minor issue is there is no play/pause button, only the OK button, which you need to press twice to pause. Otherwise, great TV. Also using the TV tuner with an outside antenna. Reception is good considering the area I live in.

Surprisingly amazing quality, and look. Easy to setup. Will probably be going with TCL again if needed.
