Great picture. Was easy to set up with my Google account, and set up family profiles. Sound from TV speakers is pretty good, although I am using surround sound speakers plugged into the headphone jack. One minor issue is there is no play/pause button, only the OK button, which you need to press twice to pause. Otherwise, great TV. Also using the TV tuner with an outside antenna. Reception is good considering the area I live in.

I'm super excited about the value of this TV - was just that we were looking for! Google TV interface works well and is familiar - much preferred over FireTV and Roku. There are some TCL apps I couldn't figure out how to hide/disable which is r the end of the world. I was also surprised how decent the sound from the TV was after it was in the living room. The combination of relative picture quality, panel size, specs, and price were a definite win! Id easily buy another TCL product again in the future!

The product provides the excellent picture quality that I've always wanted. The sound is just fine and I can hook up to my stereo as well as use headphones. The picture has a slight delay in coming up possibly due to all the other features like Google that are available. I am not currently interested in them but I guess it's good to have them. On several occasions an error message appeared saying that there was no cable input. I turned it off and then back on to get around it. I hope this is not an indication of problems to come. But I'm happy for the help of the sales rep in choosing this TV for the picture quality.

This was actually alot better than I thought it would be, I can't really complain about anything. I feel like mostly everything is as advertised. Sidenote, I don't watch much TV on there, youtube if any.

I bought this best buy TV online, described as an 'open box, excellent', Well waited 5 days to get it. when it arrived it did not have a remote or a power cord. I had little satisfaction with the online service. BUT, I went to my local store, they made everything right! I give my local store in Wausau, WI, 5 stars. They even gave me a $30 gift card for all my troubles, It did take me 3 trips to the store to get everything put into order. But overall very happy with my local store!

Picture and sound quality running thru my Denon AVR670H is great. The biggest drawback that I’ve found is that I can’t get the TV to turn on with the AppleTV remote. It will turn off the TV and receiver with the AppleTv remote but you have to use the TV’s remote to turn it on initially. I don’t know if that’s due to me running the connections thru the receiver and eARC HDMI or not. I haven’t been able to find any answers on the internet or been able to contact TCL support.

Disappointed and unfortunately it’s too late to return, I honestly didn’t want to go through the hassle anyway. It’s not easy to pack up, return and then set up a new heavy large tv as a single woman lol. So now i’m stuck with a tv with issues. It does work and would be great if it weren’t for the issues i’ve come across. From the very beginning, it did this annoying thing where it would start repeating this same part over and over again until you turned it off and on again, everytime you would turn it to the cable tv input. I decided I could just live with it but shortly after the ‘returnable’ date, it started doing something else wrong. Now every 30 mins or so, the show i’m watching will just go silent for 10 seconds so I can’t hear anything. It’s super frustrating but there’s not much I can do about it now. I researched a lot and hoped this would be the perfect tv for me. I’m not buying another so i’ll just have to deal with the issues for some years lol. Kind of regret choosing this one. Everything else does work fine but those issues get very bothersome after a while. Hopefully more issues don’t arise over time.

I love the quality of the picture, but I will never buy a Google Television again.

Really smart! Voice or keyboard from remote. More choices than Roku. I drive it with Alexa commands, including changing from TV to security cameras with a verbal command. Perfect size for about eight to ten feet. Great screen - very fast screen refresh -brilliant colors. Highly recommended.

I purchased a larger TV than this one the day prior to exchanging it for this model. I needed something a little smaller.
This is a great television. This is my first Google TV but I think I'll officially going to stick with these.

Upscaling from HD over the air broadcast has visble artifacts in areas of motion. Other excellent. Brighness is great.
