Google TV adequate, not quite as good as ROKU but easy to use and improved past version. Colors, blacks, contrast and overall picture easy equal 3 yr old Samsung 4k entry level TV replaced for faulty volume control. I am certain will not match a TV 2-3 times in price, but adequate for daily use without any tweaking at a good price. My second TCL TV and likely not my last.

Seeing white spot...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I Bought the TCL 55 inch 4K Google TV last year. The TV is amazing except for one thing. I noticed a white spot on May 20th 2022 when I was watching TV. The only time you see it is when there is a light color background. I'm going to call Best Buy and see what i can do and also what does my 2 year warranty covers.

I worried about trying to unbox and set up a 55" unit by myself, but it went smoothly. Picture is great for such a budget TV. Several of my streaming subscriptions are through Roku so I plugged in my Roku stick and use it alongside Google TV. My only complaint is that the remote that came with isn't intuitive.
