I had the worse experience. I purchased and picked up a 55” tCl tv on December 12 for my new home. I didn’t move in until December 19 had my tv mounted on December 27 after the holidays and I could get the service done. Upon opening the tv was damaged and cracked screen under the plastic covering. I immediately took the next 2 hours speaking to customer service home service n everyone in between they told me home services could come out remove tv from mouth and bring replacement but the tv I ordered was not in stock I eventually decided to pay to have unmounted and took in to the merchant id picked up from. Was told they cannot return at this time and didn’t offer the broken tv back just took it in the back and told me nothing can be done. I’m very upset and disgusted I’d bought all my electronics and always had good experiences. I’m no longer spending my money here. Honesty is the next policy and I would never take a product I damaged in for a return. When I called corporate there was no answer on hold over and hour. Highly disappointed.

ATSC 1.0 Tuner Poor Reception - OTA Unacceptable

My 12 year old Black Friday Hisense 4k U7H gets all my local stations without rotating my antenna. The F35 does not get half of them at all, the rest with mosaic distortion - and just one marginally if the antenna is precisely oriented.
The TCL channel scan identifies more stations than my old Hisense, but 90% of them do not come in. How can it find more stations but receive fewer?
In 12 years, the ATSC tuner would be a few generations newer and would outperform an old one.
TV is used for OTA. I'll either take it back (most likely) or maybe step to up an ATSC 3.0 STB or PC card.
WOULD I RECOMMEND:
NO if you plan to use for OTA
YES but only IF it is robust and lasts many years.

Worked okay for about 7 months. It now has 1/4 blurred portion on bottom of screen. This was my first and last TCL purchase.

Disappointed After 3 Weeks

I purchased a TCL TV from BestBuy and was initially happy with it, but after just 3 weeks, I started experiencing serious issues. The screen keeps jumping and there’s an ongoing noise problem. Unfortunately, BestBuy doesn't accept returns after two weeks, so now I have to deal with the manufacturer. Very disappointing experience for such a new device I expected better quality and support.

I bought this TV on Black Friday. I dont watch TV. So much so, I was hesitant on even spending the money to buy one. It’s on maybe 6 hours a week and it’s something on in the background. It was on sale so I figured why not. My TV less than 8 months old with very little usage and the screen is starting to glitch!!

Bought the tv out of the box. The mounting screws aren’t the best but to each their own. The tv has started to fade its color over the past 1 month of owning it. If you’re willing to risk it being a bad buy I’d say it’s a good purchase for the price.

Bought for Black Friday to use at my new house. Took a few of months to get moved and installed, and when I went to take it out of the box for the first time, the screen is cracked. No signs of damage on the box or packaging, but this is now a paperweight. Best Buy return policy says I have 15 days, and I am well past that. I bought two TVs, a washer and dryer and a bunch of other items for the new house. Last purchase with Best Buy.

Don’t waste your money

Trash. Tv is shot after only 6 months. Still under warranty and tcl has been giving me the run around for over 3 weeks with absolutely no resolution. When you first power the tv on it’s fine but after about an hour of use the screen color looks like film negatives.

A great TV that has features that won't work!

Since the beginning this TV has not work properly or not at all.
Features/applications do not work. It gets lagged/stops working. Everytime I do ANYTHING, I Have to reboot.

Outstanding Picture and Value – Perfect for Sports

I purchased this TCL 4K UHD TV specifically for football season, and it did not disappoint! The picture quality is incredibly sharp, especially during live sports where every detail—from the turf to the jerseys—is crystal clear. Motion is smooth with no blurring, which really impressed me for a TV in this price range.
Setup was fast and intuitive, and the built-in Roku interface makes switching between apps like Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube super convenient. The colors are vivid, blacks are surprisingly deep, and even in a bright room, the screen holds up great.
Sound is decent for a flat screen, but I paired it with a soundbar for that full home theater feel. No regrets there.
I’ve owned TVs from bigger brands that didn’t perform this well out of the box. This TCL truly overdelivers. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants premium features without the premium price tag. A++!

This is a very good product I would definitely recommend its purchase very clear pictures, volume audio level quite acceptable The only setback is that the storage for the apps are very limited does not give you a lot of storage for apps. This unit was easy to set up an easy to connect to Wi-Fi.
