The HDR the local dimming and more that this TV had with ruko did not knock out my Vizio that didn't have nothing but a great picture. The picture was slight Lee blurry no decent adjustments just was not up to par not even close.

Good Tv for the price

Great TV. Poor Service.

The picture was clear and HDR content was amazing. Never had a better electronic purchase. But that is where the honeymoon ended. 20 days in, it would not power off. The only way to fix it was to manually unplug it. Not a huge issue. 2 days later, the screen began to turn on and off rapidly. The only way to fix it was to unplug it. Now, the TV is lucky to turn on. And when it does, it often flickers. I went to Best Buy and they advised me to contact TCL. Why? Because it’s outside the tiny 15 day return window they provide. So I contact TCL. They tell me that I need to have it repaired. Not replaced or refunded. But repaired. So essentially I will have a refurbished TV. In summary, great TV for 20 days. After that, good luck. Don’t expect help from Best Buy or TCL.
