Had a problem with the sound on day 2. Contacted help chat with Best Buy, she said return it. I asked if we can troubleshoot first? Said turn off TV, unplug, then plug back in & turn on. It worked! Unfortunately, I had to do this everyday. Contracted TCL they replied 2 days later. They gave me a list of things they needed. I sent then waited,waited & waited. Finally I took it back to BestBuy. TCL finally replied & I told them

Great price, very good picture. Only negative is that legs were a bit tricky to attach.

This tv is the best! More than comparable to my much more expensive LG right out of the box it works with my onkyo receiver and it never comes on in the middle of the night!

I now own two TCL TVs now, one of them is 15 years old, and both are fantastic. The picture quality is sharp and vibrant, with colors that really pop. The sound is surprisingly full for a flat-screen, and setup was quick and easy. For the price and performance, it’s hard to beat — great quality all around!

Tv is a floater tv i move from the basement to outdoors based on the season. This was highly rated for bright rooms and I would have agree. It has a great picture when viewing in bright and low lite rooms. Smart tv is quick when navigating menus. Really enjoy the tv and its priced very well.

The colors on this Tv are amazing, love how sleek the TV looks and the speakers are really really loud foe how thin the display is. I highly recommend this display for its price it a steal.

Upgraded my in-laws from a 15 year old 45 inch 720p Tv with no smart features, and it is a night and day difference. Great budget 4k TV. It was super easy for them to set up after helping them through sign into a Google account. Same picture of quality as $300-$400 tvs in any other brand but for less money and a better smart interface. -1 star for slightly more noticeable light bleed around the edges of the screen.
