It was very easy to set it up and the picture is great!!!!! Adding apps are simple...just a click of the button... I believe I got a really great deal buying this TV at that price...I couldn't be happier!!!!!

The quality of the screen is awesome, HDR is pretty good and the video games, movies and series look great. The only complains I have is that the menu feels laggy some times and it also feels laggy when I play with my PS3. The price is great for what the Tv has to offer and It's pretty easy to set up. Definitively better than the Tv I used to have.

Beautiful tv but issues with HDMI for an external Roku device. I have to use the Toku to be able to stream Spectrum TV as there is no app available to the TCL tvs. Anyway, when I switch to an external Roku, the screen turns green. I researched it and it turns out this is a known issue with the TCL Google tvs.
I called customer support for TCL and they walked me through a bunch of trouble shooting steps, none of which worked. You CAN fix it temporarily by unplugging the tv and plugging it back in, but I should not have to do this every time I want to switch to my Roku. I’m considering returning the TV for another brand.

The TV lags once in awhile but i feel like its more an internet problem than anything. The the only other issue i have is the service we got from best buy. The sound is excellent. I had on level 3 and still thought it was loud

I was hesitant with getting a TCL because I am unfamiliar with their brand. Good thing I tried them out. Their TV's are on par with Samsung and LG, maybe even a little better for some features and settings. I would recommend this TV for anyone looking for a solid option

The picture quality is amazing. For the price. I would recommend this TV. Only one issue. Some apps freeze up sometimes but other than that it's a great television!

In the beginning I felt like had made a mistake because of the orange faces and faded out background. After working on brightness and color saturation I changed my mind. I now have a wonderful picture and it is easy to use.

I bought this and an Apple TV together at Best Buy. I've spent hours trying to get this TV to turn on via the Apple Remote, scouring Reddit, talking to both Best Buy and TCL help. Though this same Apple TV remote works fine on my other TCL, Sony and Samsung TVs. The sound is actually pretty solid for TV speakers. The onboard Google TV software is pretty laggy for a new TV especially compared to my 3 year old Chromecast with Google TV 4k and even my Onn HD Google device.
However the effort to get it to the CEC to work has been too much and I might return it if I can't get it to work.
