The TV was easy to set up. The color is great. My issue has been with the remote. This is my first google TV remote and it dies every 4 days or so! Always getting a low voltage/battery message on the TV. I have had this TV about a month and I’ve changed the batteries like 5 times already. And they are duracell batteries - not some $1 brand. Maybe i got a bum remote or something.

The tv is great, especially given the price. I am quite happy with it and the picture quality.

This is a great product. From the sound to the picture it’s an amazing TV! Sits perfectly in my room and I’ve have no issues at all!

My personal thanks to all the best buy team for all the support they're giving me through out the years ever since I join the membership back in 2016. I remember buying surface 3 laptop as my first laptops, during my college years, and it was around the time the employee given a best customer service. I'll continue shopping on every best buy location as a loyal customer and give the option to donate to the techno support team whenever I make a purchase in the front desk.

Really like this tv. Replaced a Vizio. The QLED is really worth the extra few dollars

Great TV for a great price. I loce my smart TV with the great price. This TV is amazing for my bedroom. It has multiple apps already downloaded for my use. I am also able to search for other apps. The remote control is the perfect size too. I love this TV and will probably but another onr for the loft in a biggee size.
