    I have had this TCL 55" tv a couple of months and it has been glitching ALREADY?? Seems to have some internal problems it will repeatedly blink over and over. I turn it off a few minutes then on again and sometimes wont do it again during viewing...other times, not sure WHY but it does it AGAIN!!

    BestBuy took my money & TV. Unreal! Never Again!!

    I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with BestBuy's service. Recently, I made a purchase for work, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. BestBuy claimed to have delivered my TV, yet they were unable to provide any photographic evidence, even after numerous requests. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue with various support staff and even escalating the matter to the CEO, I am still left with a $288 charge on my credit card and no TV in sight. Moreover, there is no proof of delivery to our corporate facility. To make matters worse, I was informed that the TV was left at the front door of a business, which is entirely unacceptable. The amount of time and effort I have invested in trying to resolve this issue has been substantial, and the financial loss exceeds $300. I will be advising everyone I know against purchasing from BestBuy due to this appalling experience. It is truly disappointing, as I had supported BestBuy for a considerable time.

    Bought the tv am month ago and had a time where the volume would not be work had to unplug tv. Other then that tv has been great.

    The TV worked well for a year, but since last month it's been showing a black screen and shutting down while I'm watching a program. I continually have to reboot the TV, but now that doesn't seem to be working.

    Bad reaction to external device signal

    It has the setting to get turned on when HDMI connected devices are turned on. My previous Roku TV recognizes those signal pretty well and switches to those input sources. Even the 12 yr old Sony non-smart tv that my mom owns does the job. This tv recognizes a signal, doesnt turn itself on all the time, and almost never turns to the right signal source.
