This is by far the best TV I've ever owned. The picture is excellent. I particularly notice the improved contrast over my previous TV. The sound is also outstanding. It was easy to set up, immediately connecting to my network, and I particularly like the easy access to the HDMI ports on the side of the set, rather than behind or below.

Easy to find program's it works with google device. It actually brings up a play list and videos on the TV screen and the speakers are much better the google device. In a very sunlit Tiny home the glare on the screen is a lot less that other TV's so we can watch the games on Sunday without closing the blinds! The picture simply the best!

The picture not as sharp as I would like but it has great color, sound is good, somewhat easy to operate. Picture is great straight on. from the side not so good. would I buy again, yes for the price. I would recommend the tv. yes.

Excellent picture quality and user interface. Perfect fit for my space.

For the price, the picture is amazing. Brights are BRIGHT!. The sound is pretty decent as well. There is a learning curve to the Google TV interface though and I dont care for how it makes everything push you to streaming services.

Great picture everything about it was thinking OLED but didn’t want screen burn it worries Picture is almost 3-D like.

Don't let a dead tcl tv stop you from owning one.I picked up my first tcl from best buy and turned it on.Nothing! So I called best buys customer service and before long,they set up an exchange and deliver it to me.The 2nd Tcl worked perfect .The tcl is amazing.

Trying to decide between the various options for a new TV is tough! After reading lots of reviews, I finally settled on the TCL 55" QM7K. The picture is great, though it took some adjusting of the various settings to get it where I wanted it. There are a lot of adjustment options, so it took some experimenting. I'm very satisfied with this TV. In fact, I am thinking that I'll replace our living room TV with a 75" QM7K.

This TV has been excellent so far. My husband and I have recently purchased this TV and the picture quality is amazing! There are many options on this TV that made this an incredible deal. At startup the TV was in PMode, after calling Best Buy customer service we were in business I would purchase this TV again

Amazing TV. Love this. Games, Movies, etc. All of it is amazing. I highly recommend this. I was looking at the U8 from the Hisense but the price on this got me. And it is well worth it. I like how easy it is. The remote lights up when it senses motion. Definitely comes in handy at night.

TV is a very good TV for the price. I bought this TV because my LG OLED TV had screen burn in and was only 4 years old. I noticed this TV had very good reviews and that QLED TV's are not susceptible to screen burn in and image retention like OLED TV's are and this TV is also a QD-Mini LED QLED TV. Also this TV has an adjustable center pedestal stand with a high position to accommodate a soundbar. The TV has very good picture quality. So far I am very happy with my purchase.

Quite the upgrade from my 50 inch plasma TV. Don’t hesitate to get one if you get a chance bright colors bright picture all the updated apps you would ever want..

The TV itself is fine its the installation that is an issue. I paid an additional $230 for installation. They could not get the surround sound in...a issue that the installer said he had not seen in 15 years. It required a 2nd visit that finally fixed the problem but they wanted another $95 dollars which I refused. No sooner had they left ... the TCL required a software update which wiped out all of the work from the installers ... now I have to rehire the installers at a cost of $95 dollars. I tried to correct myself but to no avail ... again this was an issue the installer had not come across in 15 years in the business. So I'm not happy with the overall installation which will cost me a total of $320 ! Recommend the TV but Installation has a lot of work to do ! My rating reflects the TV & Installation.

You gotta buy this TCL QM7K over the QM6K ..yes it’s a tad more $$ but it’s worth the price, the QM7 with the rocket fish HDMI premium certified cable recommend by Best Buy employee..both created a beautiful crisp color picture. I’m very happy with this purchase
