Slow to respond to controller commands. Google interferes and comes on interrupting programming if it even remotely hears something on the tv that seems like "Hey Google". I would never buy this product again. Nice picture quality is the only positive note I can give.

Go into the stores and see for yourself. Its a nice tv and i do recommend buying but only on sale price. Just save up the extra hundred and get a better quality picture. 3 stars for a upgrade on a general tv

Product not as advertised. Missing parts.

Box specified excellent condition and did not indicate that any parts were missing (which is protocol). Would not issue a refund or provide missing parts replacement upon request.

Inability to stay connected to WiFi

Troubleshooted with both TCL, Best Buy and Verizon (WiFi provider) and couldn’t fix. Also got a replacement and had the same issue.

The smart features and OS are great, way better than Samsung, LG, and Sony. The remote feels a bit chintsy but works fine. The speakers are nice but have issues with some loud sources, though I think it's related to there being a glass window directly behind my TV. Anyone that cares about sound should have a separate system for that anyhow or at least a soundbar.

Granted it’s not surround anymore, it’s so loud and clear compared to the old system that I would rather have 2.1 with atmos than 5.2. It’s such a bright screen though, thankfully you can control all those settings otherwise, it can be like having the sun in your room.

However, by selecting the appropriate YouTube video, you can significantly enhance the picture quality experience. I’m considering the TCL QM7K for a good price, but I’m also eager to experiment with the Hinsense U8Non occasion. It’s essential to explore various options and remain open to trying new products.
