ordering, shipping, and delivery was great. no problems. the TV is a disappointment for Roku in my opinion. Roku needs to try to improve quality of performance. Watching a show- stalls, to load.. interference during watching. would not buy a roku tv again. the color is great, ease of using remote is great. Roku needs to step up and improve performance.

First, Roku TV software is WAAAAAY better than an Android software when it comes to Smart TV's. No freezing or the TV just turning off randomly. Set-up is a lot simpler and a lot more straight forward as well. In short, its an absolute plug and play right out of the box. Second, with regards to picture quality. I'm very surprised how great the picture quality is of this TV especially at its price point. I have a similar sized TV from a different brand (Philips) that cost double than what I paid for this TCL TV and the picture quality is a little less better. Third, with regards to sound quality. This was another area that I was quite surprised with this TV. The sound quality it produces with its built in speakers is very good whether you are watching a baseball game, watching a movie or listening to any of those free music channels. It is important to keep in mind that if you are looking for a bass sound the built in speakers produce very little bass output. It you want a much, much crisper sound and a good amount of bass. You will need to invest on a sound bar to go with this TV. Overall, whether you are buying this TV as a replacement, upgrading from a smaller size TV or an additional TV in your home. You definitely have to seriously consider this TV on your next TV shopping list.

Absolutely unbeatable picture quality and ease of Roku setup. Excellent communication from Best Buy kept me totally in the loop with regard to delivery. I could not ask for a better combination of product quality, value and customer service. If you are "on the fence" with your decision, just go for it. You will not be disappointed.

Tv picture is great. Lightweight so easier to mount. Easy to use Roku.

Love this tv, looks great, easy to setup with Roku speaker bar, sub and surround speakers. Looks great, doesn't take up space and with the add on speakers sounds better than my old setup. We use Roku for all our services so this was an easy choice. For the price I would put it up against any tv.

It's a pretty decent tv for the price, however there was an issue with the TV "overheating" especially watching YouTube. It would put the message up immediately. And it was posting at over 100 celsius which is kind of insane! I still would recommend this TV if you're looking for a decent TV but that issue will make you think first.

Great TV - we have been very happy with this TV in our living room. Great picture! The ease of use is fantastic. The remote is solid and of good quality. We use a sound bar because we don’t have the TV up against a wall and like this set up well.

The TCL 65" delivers an awesome picture for an amazing price. The Roku interface works seamlessly with our WIFI and the apps include Xfinity, so we can watch all out cable channels without buying another box from the cable company.

Everything worked perfectly out of the box. Second one of these TVs I've bought, only reason I bought this one was to upgrade from a 50". Great TV for the price. Can't comment on sound quality as I use it with speakers and a subwoofer.

Awesome picture, easy to install, it only weighs 38 pounds but it’s size does require 2 people to put it in place. But, at 65” it’s not difficult to move. I’m still figuring out how to make it work with my Yamaha receiver which is where I control my sound.

This was a great tv, the best tv I’ve ever bought.cant go wrong with this one.

I wish this TV worked better. The picture is great, but the software is straight horrible. It locks up on a regular basis. Any typical streaming app (Disney, HBO, Netflix) locks up regularly and puts you back to the home screen (if you're lucky). Mostly, it just hangs and you have to unplug the TV from the back and perform a hard reset. It really sucks as you can't expect it to work correctly on a regular basis. This is a weekly issue; it's that bad. I recommend finding a better option that will work properly.
