Exceeds my expectations for the purpose I bought this TV for, which is gaming on PS5. The screen is bigger than I expected (never really sat in front of a 65-inch TV before), and picture quality is pretty crisp for just about everything. Good backlighting, and I don't have much of a problem with glare, though there can be some on a really sunny day as the screen faces the back porch window. In dark rooms, it's super bright and looks great. The Dolby Atmos speakers are pretty awesome for built-in TV speakers, and I sometimes leave my sound bar and its subwoofer off just because it's easier, and the speakers are good enough to where the soundbar isn't needed. My only real gripe with the TV is that the IO ports are all on the left side (if you're looking at the TV from the back) of the TV and facing left. I really wish they were in the middle and facing downward. This would just make cable management easier and I wouldn't have to stretch the PS5's HDMI port so far. Other than that, the TV is great, especially for getting it at $300 off.

Nice picture, not as sharp or bright color as in store. QD-Mini LED is no better than the regular QLED, even though I was told it is. Spending several hundred dollars more for the Mini is not worth it. Regular QLED is clear, great color, sharp and refresh rate is almost the same (can not tell the difference). TCL, Samsung, LG and Vizio QLEDs are all very good quality. All have back of TV speakers, therefore, speaker quality not very good.

After having this TV for a couple of months, I can confidently say it is one of the better TVs for the money that I have used. The QD mini LED is fantastic and really makes all colors pop as well as giving you great contrast. The brightness is also really good and I haven't had a point where I wished it was brighter. The higher refresh rate is also a plus, especially when I'm using my PS5. Another small but positive thing is that the TV doesn't really have much lag or input delay when using the remote. The only thing I didn't like was the settings out of the box, especially when it came to the motion settings because when watching certain content motion would just look off. All it took was just dialing some settings back. Overall, the TV is a fantastic purchase and I would highly recommend if you're looking for an upgrade but not looking to spend thousands of dollars.

Very impressed with this tv. The unboxing was nice and easy, the set up was quick and simple (wife helped) the delivery was smooth and easy. The interface of google and tcl is very intuitive and the sound and connectivity was a breeze. Remote is nice and tv has google assist which can be turned off if desired. Im cool with it and it very responsive. Tcl app is a free app and has great selections. Tcl google tv os great!

Excellent picture and easy setup. Combines very well with my sonos system. Also like the slim design. Have ours on the legs at the moment but considering hanging it on the wall. Would highly recommend this tv

ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND! The most crisp and clear and colorful picture! You can see the picture from all angles with no glare! Easy to use and navigate. The sound is AMAZING! You don’t even need a sound bar! Even on a low number the sound is loud and clear! We LOVE this television!

The TV itself is great. Very nice picture density, deep blacks, and colors. The UI is fluid. I've had the TV for about a month. I have an issue (not sure if software related or internally) where i get a crazy screen glitch where it distorts the screen and colors. This happens randomly when turning the TV on and sometimes last for a few minutes or longer. It eventually goes away if you slightly tilt it, which makes me think it is hardware internals. So my copy of this tv is fault. I am keeping it at 5 stars. Unfortunately i did not add geek squad and cannot get it fixed, whoever buys a tv add the geek squad

I listened to all the reviews and 100% I agree. This tv has great picture quality and great viewing angle. It's WAY brighter than my old TV(Samsung CU7000). Google TV is also my favorite, it's very snappy. The gaming is so smooth. I recommend this 100%.

This was an upgrade from our Insignia 55" TV. I can not believe how much better it is! The picture is unbelievable with dark blacks and incredibly bright colors. We have it in a living room with two large windows and even with them open midday I can' still watch TV. This is an incredible TV for the price and even it was twice as much it would probably be worth it.

Ive had a lot of tvs including a samsung qn90a that costed 1300 dollars and i can honestly say this is the best tv ive ever had for less than half the price! I got it on sale for 550. The first one came damaged but they replaced it for free with a perfect model and they gave me an 80 dollar gift card for my trouble. Thank you best buy. Would definately recommend this tv and best buy. They did me good. Dont listen to the hate this tv is bright enough. I dont see any reason to waste money on the more expensive models. 5 stars.

Nice and bright with good 4k upscaling with blurays

The picture quality on this TV is absolutely amazing! The colors are bright as you could wish and the darks and dark - I've not noticed any halos or other artifacts when watching anything. With it's high refresh rate, watching a sporting event or any high motion movie, the images flow as smooth as butter. Google TV is fast and responsive and gives me access to all of the various streaming services I could want and then some. My only complaint is the audio. While clear, I find that the volume in shows will fluctuate during viewing. I think it's part of the program I'm watching, but the audio will go super loud and then drop to a little too quiet. I'm going to hook up a soundbar to see if that resolves the issue. It's not unwatchable, but can be distracting at times. Especially when it gets very loud. We mounted this TV on the wall and I'm glad we did. I also like the size 65"" - it allows me to adjust the TV by grabbing it on either side. An 85" would have been too large for my wing span and difficult to change how it was sitting on the wall (I'm using a swing arm mount). So if you're going to mount your TV - make sure 1) the size is proportionate to your wall and 2) you'll be able to adjust it once it's in place without putting stress on one side of the TV or the other. Over all, this is a phenomenal TV and I couldn't be happier with it.

I bought this t.v. over a month ago. So far so good. No real complaints. Built in subwoofers sometimes vibrate the plastic on the back of the t.v. but for basic sound coverage all good. Colors and lighting are great. Seems to be a real bang for the buck purchase.

Don’t feel discouraged by the default image when you first turn it on — this TV truly shines after some careful adjustment. With a bit of patience, you can achieve an exceptional viewing experience. Love this TV! Sharp image, beautiful colors, easy set up, and great in room with lots of light. This is my first TCL (always purchased Samsung or Sony in the past) and it’s my new favorite brand. Super impressed!

I'm really enjoying this tv. Its the best option in the $500-700 range. It's great for movies and playing xbox. Gaming mode is awesome.

Fantastic TV , black is truly black , color is fantastic . Great picture settings. Love the UI, some of the simplest around and can turn off the ads and recs.

This tv is an amazing 65inch budget option. The brightness and sound are really good for a bright daylight room.

Love this tv. Bought it to replace a 5 yr old LG that broke, and I so glad my old tv broke. Technology has gotten so much better and this tv has an AMAZING PICTURE. Bright, clear and great detail. Great blacks and contrast. Just know that you have to play around with the settings to get the pic the way you like it. Also recently bought a different brand tv and both have judder and blur issues but I was able to eliminate them on both tvs but adjusting the motion settings. 100% recommend!!!
