TV is great our experience with Best Buy was terrible. We ordered this on Black Friday to be delivered to our home. On the delivery date, We got a notice from Best Buy the order was canceled. We spent over an hour on the phone getting bounced around from person to person. No one could help us or explain why our order was canceled. The next day I see that the same TV was in stock at our local store. I ordered it for pickup. But it was a higher price since it was not the Black Friday deal.

Not sure anyone can honestly without removing their personal opinion say there is another sub 600.00 tv out that matches this spec for spec!! If you are a total rewards member(2 year warranty) and catch it on sale it’s a no brainer! Sure there are faults but you’re not rating a 3,000.00 Sony!

Overall, one of the best tv’s I have had for color and seamless integration of menu. Color bright and vibrant. This was bought for my wife who is not computer savvy but she runs with no problem.

Recently purchased the TCL 65-inch TV at a discounted price, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The picture quality is absolutely stunning! crisp, vibrant, and clear. The sound is excellent, and it feels like a premium experience without the hefty price tag. Truly an amazing value for the quality offered.

Very happy with this purchase. Great picture quality and great features. Sound quality is okay, but I have a soundbar which offers much better sound. Only issue was the IR receiver was broken on arrival, but Best Buy was very accommodating and the return/swap process was stress free. Overall very happy with this model.

Excellent quality TV and would buy again. Would highly recommend to anyone who’s in the market for a quality TV without breaking the bank.

Love this TV! Picture is super clear, colors pop, and the sound is way better than I expected. Setup was easy, and it looks awesome in my living room. I really enjoy playing my PS5 on it too, games look amazing!

Broke my tcl and was pretty bummed but caught this on sale for 50% off and couldn’t be happier. At first I thought the quality wouldn’t be as Good then I got logged in with my account and everything instantly looked way better!
