    Great TV if you don't get a lemon

    The good: great picture. Very bright. In general it's a great TV. The bad: my unit has a lot of problems. Picture is not smooth, sports are nearly unwatchable. I think the processor on mine has problems. The quality control is not the best.

    Disappointing motion performance

    I traded up to this TV because of the Fully Array and 120hz motion rate. This TV struggles with upscaling lower quality content, sports and fast action are blurry. I do notice much better performance with 4K content but that is relatively rare. Next time I would prioritize upscaling over total performance. I do like the google interface.

    Best Buy on Rosedale Hwy has terrible customer service and manners. Grab your tv and don’t talk to anyone

    Coloring could be better

    The colors are too dark sometimes and I can’t see the picture as well. Other than that, I am satisfied.

    Great in store exp., not so great delivery exp.

    Best Buy is a great place to buy electronics, they have a great selection and helpful employees. However, we did not have a good experience with the delivery service. We ended up canceling the original order and purchasing a TV that we could pick up ourselves.

    Terrible picture quality

    I did some research and thought I was going to be good with this TV. I play HATE the picture quality. I like playing video games, watching sports, and movies. The color settings and picture quality are not good at all. Extremely disappointing and frustrated with this purchase. If I could return it I would. I can’t express how disappointed I am with this purchase.

    Dissapointed

    This may be a case of "once you go OLED, you don't go back," but this TV was very disappointing. The blacks were bad (light bleed-through), the color was dull and the motion was robotic (no setting to turn it off). I also couldn't get it to play nicely with the AppleTV remote (use Apple remote to turn TV on/off). I'm returning this thing.

    Not a great TV.

    Don’t listen to all the other reviews that were basically paid for rating 5 Star. This TV is a budget TV and I’ve seen better contrast in blacks in standard budget LED’s with no local dimming. The blooming and washed out colors are why I’m getting rid of the one I purchased recently.

    Awful Customer Service

    One star since I can't give zero. The TV died about 10 days after delivery, and BB refused to replace it so, I had to deal with the vendor. BB lost a customer for life. I will not buy a box of staplers from BB.

    Bad TV. Worse Support.

    Color is off on the edges. I have Best Buy Total. Both Best Buy and TCL are no help. What is the point of a protection plan if you don't actually help. TV refuses to stay in the same mode. It always switches it self to Vivid randomly.

    Causes motion sickness

    This TV caused me to have motion sickness. we was unable to adjust the tv to stop this. Returned and bought the 65 in. Samsung QN85D also the 55 in. Samsung Q7F Both are excellent TVs.

    It can not keep up with the HD+ and 4K stream quality. I am very disappointed with this TV. I turned on the same live soccer game on this TV and on our other 2 LG TVs, one of which is only HD capable made in 2020, not even capable for 4K streams, LG ones were way better than this TCL TV. I am stuck with this TV and I guess I will use it just for playing games or sth.

    Broke within a few hours

    Terrible tv had it for 4 hours and the leds started burning the screen turning completely black and rendering the tv completely unusable. waste of $700
