Tv died after only 4 eeeks . the TCL rep steered us to this brand ,should of keep our original choice puchased replacement waitng for delivery.

Less that a month tv won’t even come on. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!

First tv returned second one also not working right very disappointed in quality for the money spent

Disclaimer: this was an upgrade to a 15 yr old 46" TV, so anything was going to be miles better. I've had this TV for about a month. Very happy overall. Love the resolution and refresh rate. The only minor quibble I have is that the picture seems a little bit on the red side. Haven't been able to find a setting that makes it more natural and doesn't go to far in another direction. Response time to inputs is quick. Remote is intuitive and the backlighting is handy. I was led to believe by the salesperson (who was otherwise a great source of information) that the speakers were basically cell phone speakers and that a sound bar was all but essential. I'm no audiophile, but it's better than the last TV I had and perfectly adequate for the average show.

When i eas trying to find a good tv, i wanted something that is very bright and has a smooth refresh rate when im gaming. When i got the TCL qm7, ut was life changing. Colors were bright, it was smooth when im watching tv or when olaying games. Im starting to like this tv more. The controller for the tv, its very good, decent, and understandable. Buttons and light up is great for whenever i cant find it but move it slightly and it will light up.

I have never owned a TCL, though I have been intrigued by what I've heard about the brand over the past several years! Having watched the recognized TV reviewers review this model and brand, this thing certainly got my attention! I just got it home and this is no joke... it is way underpriced for what the get! I have tried to find even one thing that I would change on this TV, and I drew a blank... it is that Amazing!! This is one of the best purchases I've ever made! For those that think Samsung and Sony are better, do some research as this has a way more technology than you'll find in most any of those sets! By the way, for those who don't know, TLC actually makes the panels for Samsung and Sony TVs and for most all other brands! Do a quick Google search and you might be intrigued! The bottom line is I would have paid much more money for this TV versus a Samsung or a Sony because of the incredible quality and the features that are packed into this thing! Also, this TV has the best user interface. In second place I would put Samsung's UI... but definitely this TCL is running on the nicest user interface to date! My advice - BUY IT - you will not have any regrets!

Use this as an outdoor TV (under canopy) and it has performed perfectly! Nice and bright as well!

Nice set..Bright, Smooth OS..A few tweaks and looks great!

Delighted with the affordability, brilliant color and the ease of switching from cable to tv as well as the bonus channel provided by the TCL - I'm still exploring all this very smart TV has to offer. I was satisfied with my Vizio, but didn't know how much I was actually missing. I'm very glad I stepped up to TCL .

Ive owned 2 Xbox series X's and ps5 since launch week. And untill 2 + years later when i did my research and decided to grab a 2024 TCL QM7. it FINALLY made both my gane consoles, from a lackluster generation, come to life!! Sad took me that long

I'm impressed with the TCL product! Every picture looks so real that you could reach out and touch it. The color on this model with Mini LED is just fantastic!

Faces fuzzy despite lots of time trying to calibrate. Yes its bright but has inexplicable software glitches. Tubi and youtube look and sound great. Prime and Netflix totally glitch and are not working with my Yamaha receiver. Basically the remote on my RECEIVER loses the ability to go to most surround modes when on Prime and Netflix never.seen anything like this. Spent over 2 hours on the phone with Tcl and they finally told me to lower the expectations on the tv and also try calling yamaha. My Samsung tv prior to this worked perfectly with this receiver. This is some kind of software glitch no one can figure out. I bought a new 2.1 cable to check that possible issue. All updates on the tv are up to date. Besides this weird sound glitch the picture is definately worse than the 7 year old Samsung it replaced. Its primitive, rough, grainy even. Super disappointing with all the good reviews.......DO NOT BELIEVE THE HYPE. This tv is bright and thats its only positive attribute. I have been a home theater enthusiast since the mid 90s so I'm not new to this.

It is constantly cutting in and out of voice when in certain viewings. Especially when in HDR10
