Picture beautiful until it failed after 4 months

Worked really well for four months, then the picture went bad (jumps around and overlaps). I reached out to TCL via chat and will follow their troubleshooting steps that they will email me. Then, if those steps don't work, I was asked to respond to the email with a video clip showing the problem in order to initiate a warranty claim. Before it went out, I was perfectly happy with the picture in our livingroom during the bright daytime and dark nighttime. A bit annoyed that it doesn't work well with my older receiver. Needs one that takes eArc. My ratings assume this is a hardware/software issue that TCL will fix under warranty.

Amazing tv runs super smooth definitely recommend 120htz amazing for gaming and has many options for changing picture quality.

Great picture quality in dark room (basement living room), sound is perfect no need for support i.e. sound bar or system.
