    TV looks great but some apps needs to be force to stop to work. I.e. Paramount, Prime. Also I paired with Bose soundbar after many different ways to connect and I am not pleased with the results.

    Would not recommend this tv. Best buy has been completely unhelpful with the product and did not fix it. If you like fuzzy picture and pixelation then this is the tv for you. And tcl qill not fix this tv or replace under warranty.

    DO NOT BUY - SEVERE QC ISSUES

    I've received two QM8s at this point. Both panels had significant amounts of debris below the polarizing layer (so, can't be removed). Looks like dead pixels and hairs permanently stuck to my screen. I didn't pay full list price to get a TV that isn't in brand-new condition.

    Just a bad tv overall. Full array local dimming was not evenly lit around the tv. You could see dark lines running through the tv. Also google tv is a mess.

    I upgraded frpm u6h 65" to the TCL qm8 65" . Very happy with the brightness, motion clarity, and image quality. Blacks are black, bright areas are bright. 1080p image quality vastly improved. I chose not to use the built in audio and not improved audio to my receiver as well. I am using this tv with the built in apps exlusively. Great deal for $999.

    After a lot of research settled on this TV as a best value based on online reviews. Everything works as advertised. There is some motion blurriness that I was not expecting. But there is a possibility that that is the fault of dish Network. Eventually I will try to watch some streaming material and determine whether that blurring still occurs.

    At $999.00 this 65-inch TV is an exceptional value. A stunning picture after some minor brightness, contrast, sharpness and black level adjustments. I'm enjoying watching very much 4k UHD and Dolby Vision shows. And the motion clarity is great for sporting events.

    Very realistic picture!

    It is not as bright as I expected, but bright enough nevertheless. It replaces my 14-yrs plus old Samsung 46” flat screen. I’d say that the technology gained is palpable after a decade.

    Xfinity app and a few others are not available on TCL TV with Google. Deal breaker me. This TV was sent to me by TCL to replace my TCL Roku TV that broke down. Don’t buy.
