I’m just a normal dude and this review is for other normal, non-TV enthusiast readers. I spent a lot of time trying to find the right TV for me. This is the one I landed on (between this, the QM8, and U8N), and I’m glad this was what I went for. Unless you have a trained eye, this TV is much much more than sufficient. The other TVs mentioned are better spec wise for sure, but likely no way on earth I’d be able to tell the difference between any of them even if they were side by side. For the average person, save the money - this should suit most people’s needs The only hiccup was the first TV arrived damaged, but Best Buy was quick to right the ship. I’m frankly surprised the second TV wasn’t damaged after watching how the deliverers handled it. The dude took it out of the truck by himself and whipped it around like one of those guys on the side of the road advertising some business (he was super nice though). I would recommend watching them with your own eyes, or even videoing, as they take it out just in case anyone gives you any trouble Also, get a soundbar if you can. Sound is good, not great

We have been extremely pleased with our purchase of this TCL QM7-series TV. The picture is excellent for a miniLED tv, especially when used with an Apple TV 4k streaming box. We decided on this TV over the S5-series because of the local dimming and faster processor; they do make a difference! The ability to provide 120kHz refresh with a Playstation 5 is also a great feature. We use a sound bar with ours, but the included speakers do provide a touch more low-end/bass than most other tv speakers. We highly recommend!

Awesome picture! Easy to use. Sometimes a little sluggish but a reset of the TV’s operating system typically takes care of it.

This TV has revitalized my living room. The picture quality was noticeable from my old Hisense TV. My games look better and feel better also. Im really liking the interface with Google TV it made setup quick and really easy nearly all my apps except 2 were ready to good within minutes of powering on the TV. And I was actually shocked to see so much info on the packaging. What you see is what you get.

This TV is awesome! I wanted a TV for outside that would be in the sun part of the day. (This is NOT an outdoor TV, but I got a waterproof cover for it.) This TCL TV is so clear and the mini Led makes for a prefect picture even in the sun!

So far very impressed with the color and overall picture quality. Also the anti glare makes a huge difference in our living room. Great TV for the price. Remote lights up when you pick it up, this is a nice feature. Very easy set up as well. Have not had more than 2 weeks but so far so good.

Great picture and great price. After looking for a while to replace my existing tv I came across this one. Did lots of research and for the money and the size no one could say a bad thing. After getting the tv installed and tweaking some of the settings the set looks great.

We bought this tv for our elderly parents Xmas gift. Since their living room is long and the tv is at the opposite end they are able to read the screen from their seats now. The quality is amazing and it's a very bright screen.

We love this tv! The picture is so bright and clear! No blurriness whatsoever! We recommended this brand to our son in law and daughter and they purchased one too.

This TV is awesome! I was worried that it wouldn't be bright enough, omg it's really bright and the picture is phenomenal! I had been watching a 55 inch 15 year old Vizio which served me very well but this TCL is anazing!

Excellent picture quality and hi speed HDMI/earc ports for streaming and gaming. You cannot beat it's features set at it's price point compared to any LG or Samsung in this price band.

Beautiful television. Could not be happier with my purchase. The quality is outstanding, not like the cheaper Q-series options. The built in sound amplifier makes a big difference for me, where I don't feel like I need a soundbar at all. Picture is very clear even in a very bright living room.

I bought this TV and enjoyed the amazing brightness. I don't think anything can beat it for the price. The picture quality is well above average and most things I watched popped.

I bought this for my sons family. They absolutely rave about it. They especially like its general ease of use, changing apps voice commands , and picture quality.

I've had this TV for almost a year. Great picture with no issues. Very happy with my purchase. The sound was ample but I already had a sound bar, so that's what I'm using

The picture is perfect, the sound is awesome. I have in my living room where the sun light is brighter, but the mini led on this TV has the brightest picture. I love it!

Beautiful picture and easy to set up. Operating system works great. Minimal adjustments are needed. Audio is very good with the subwoofer. Price is excellent.

Very good TV. I wanted OLED but didn't want to pay for it. Mini-LED was worth the every penny I spent on it. This is my first TCL product and didn't know what to expect. I game and watch movies with no issues. I upgraded from my regular Samsung 4K. If your doubting making the jump to OLED this is something I would say is worth the money for great picture. If your watching 4K Netflix content, this will get you what your looking for.

I was more than happy with the choice of TV. I originally ordered a Hisense for pick up and when I got there it didn’t fit in my car but the representative told me for the price I paid he can show me some much better options. I went to take a look at was was available and I ended up cancelling the order on the Hisense and moving forward on this TCL. I also ended up going with the protection plan. Even though my last tv (which was Sony) lasted 9 years and still running I did not want to risk it with a brand I’m not familiar with.

Really pleased with this TV. Great picture, solid audio, intuitive google tv interface. The stand in the center instead of legs at the corners is exactly what we needed for compatibility with an older stand. Good TV at a great value
